A fantastic hotel owned and managed so well by a wonderful family. Breafast was a feast. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Garda.Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful four nights at Hotel Eden. We made new friends and I like how we had the same table for breakfast and dinner. Loved everything about this place. Only placed we would stay if we return. If I had a negative it would be the shuttle should run more frequently.

Everything was excellent. Very well placed in a quiet area, 15 minutes stroll from the town centre, but the hotel also offers a free shuttle which was very convenient. Everything in the hotel was very nice and clean. Most of all, our stay was like a 5 stars experience due to the very helpful and friendly staff.

Overall a nice and comfortable hotell with one exception, though. When laying next to the pool we ordered lunch from the bar and it was brought to us by a nice man from the staff. Shortly after, a strong wind swept by and broke a glass, even though it was placed on the ground. We gathered the pieces of the glass and called for a woman in the staff. She was very rude and did not think it was her job to pick up the pieces of glass. She alleged it was our fault that the glass was broken and that we should have brought the pieces and dish back to the bar ourselves. Except for her, we appreciate the hotel and especially the friendly man that opened the door to the roof late in the evening so that we could watch the lightening from the thunderstorm. Also a very good breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fruit, yoghurt, cold meats, cheese, bread , pastries, cake, cereal , eggs and bacon. Ideally situated for exploring the whole lake with good bus connections and ferry service.

Hotel was a 15 minute walk from the main town. We only caught the free bus shuttle twice as just seemed to miss the times. Great breakfast and facilities. Pool and hot tub were great. Music in the evenings was aimed at older clientele. Staff were excellent

Enjoyed a 5 night stay at hotel Eden. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Each member of staff encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The hotel is a 15 minute walk into Garda centre but there is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel, at set times, which takes 5 minutes. The hotel is situated on a main road, which can make it quite noisy when sat on the balcony or by the pool. Other than this minor point, the hotel was excellent.

Enjoyed a 5 night stay at hotel Eden. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Each member of staff encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The hotel is a 15 minute walk into Garda centre but there is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel, at set times, which takes 5 minutes. The hotel is situated on a main road, which can make it quite noisy when sat on the balcony or by the pool. Other than this minor point, the hotel was excellent.

Magnificent view over the Garda lake from the rooftop jacuzzi! Enjoy with one of the lovely drinks from the hotel bar is strongly recommended:) The hotel rooms have good standard, I think they were totally renovated 2015! It felt very clean and fresh. Great breakfast and it was no problem to stay at the pool during the checkout day. Changing room and shower is also available.

Hotel next to a road although this didn't detract from an excellent holiday. Hotel shuttle bus available to transport guests into Garda town centre if wanted (also a free public bus service) but walk down not too far. We felt very lucky to have picked this hotel and would have no reservations in recommending a stay there to anyone thinking of visiting the area. If we return to Lake Garda, this is where we will stay!
