Very Bad experience
Only the gentlemen at the bar, both staff were nice and did great coffee,
We arrived after midnight, the hotel lobby lights were off, then someone on reception seems to have woken up, we handed our passports for check in, the staff on reception takes our passports and says that as per hotel policy he will not give back our passports until the next morning, we asked him to take copies of the passports and return the passports to us but he refused and he kinda confiscated our passports until we said that we are ready to leave the hotel and cancel the stay and we want passports, only then he made a phone call and agreed to switch on the computer and lights and do a proper check in, that was one creepy experience we had and we felt absolutely unsafe and threatened.
The hotel rooms are old, cleanliness was average or below, it was so hot and we complained about the AC several times. the receptionists made sure to reject every request we made for them including the AC issue in rooms (Note: also lobby was very hot) there was zero willingness to help in anything. all rooms balconies are open to each other. I wanted to use my blow dryer and the electricity switched off in the room.
We had to check out one night earlier due to the current regional circumstances and we requested to make an exception to refund one night and the
receptionist said no.
In addition to all what I mentioned before there was mold under my pillow that was very disgusting and way far from cleanliness and hygiene and of course unbearable!!!!!
we booked based on the 4 star ranking they have however what we found was extremely disappointing.

The room was stinky and also not clean. In front of my room was a huge ventilator which was so loud that I was not able to sleep at all. After asking the reception for a new room, he told me that the hotel is fully booked, and I have to stay in this room. Did not sleep at all in this hotel. After telling the receptionist the next day, he told me to write the management because they already know about that problem and do not anything about it. Texting them about the horrible stay in their hotel, they offered me a voucher for the same hotel by telling me that I have actually booked a cheaper room and they are always badly located... so badly that I am not able to sleep at all? Because of their goodwill, they gave me a voucher for the same hotel. Surely not going to use that one... for me this is a fraud. Saying also something positive the team was friendly and helpful but claimed the hotel chain management.

the Air condition was not working the patio door was stuck closed the wardrobe door was sliding on 1 wheel I was afraid to open it in case it fell off the fridge did not keep anything cold , we were not allowed to pick where we wanted to sit for breakfast, we only stayed 1 night and I think we were given the rooms that were unacceptable to people staying longer, and most of the tables for breakfast had reserved on them probably for the longer staying customers. this was classed as a 4* hotel I would say 2 * from my experience. It was also quite a distance to walk to the town & Lake area I have a walking disability. they had a free shuttle bus to take you into town but we waited For 2 buses and nothing turned up.

The only thing which made it up to was a hotel swimming pool and bartender.
No other things I can add to make it up to this not such pleasent experience.
Not going to choose this place again unless something changes..
Had food poisoning first morning having breakfast. Skipped on meats next stays as they didn't look fresh.
Guests were running out of cutlery to pure drinks in constantly.
All furniture outdated (and I mean old and nowhere near 3 star hotel grade) and cutlery used and scratched beyond normal.
Due to my mistake in choosing 1 double bed instead of 2 single beds i decided to use the expandable couch which to my surprise met me with a dead bug on it.
Sockets in the room are of small type which wouldn't fit thicker modern standart pins on the plugs (I have European standart equipment sockets) . We had to force them in to get our hairdryer (one in shower was not functioning) and chargers work.
My friend travels alot unlike like me and she said this is far away from what 3 stars hotel should look like.
There was thick pile of dust on top of all higher areas of furnitures and vertical places.
The problem is I think the management of hotel who don't seem to care about the place as long as it brings some profits. Hence they have to cut on the stuff to come back with profits. As all cleaning stuff looked beaten and overworked.

Spacious courtyard area around the pool. Many rooms have a balcony or terrace. 15 min walk to the city center. Good parking garage. The room was quite spacious, maybe bit dated, but clean. The rooms were peaceful even though the hotel has many rooms. We had the friendliest service.
The pool water was quite cold.

Good quality breakfast, 15 mins walk from Garda, 25 meter swimming pool however no shallow end so may not suit non swimmers.
Checkout is slightly early but facilities can be used to shower etc if you have a later return journey so you can still enjoy the facilities.

Wir sind am Mittwoch, den 10.9.2025 gegen Abend im Park Hotel Oasis in Garda angereist. Am Donnerstagmorgen sind uns einige Dinge in unserem Zimmer aufgefallen, die in einem 4-Sterne-Hitel nicht zu Beanstandungen fรผhren dรผrften. รber die nachfolgenden vier Beanstandungen haben wir die Rezeption schriftlich informiert und um ein anderen Zimmer gebeten.
1. Zwei Steckdosen waren defekt (Badezimmer und TV-Steckdose im Schlafraum).
Die Steckdosen wurden am Donnerstag repariert.
2. Terrassentรผre lรคsst sich nicht รถffnen bzw. nur mit รคuรerster Gewalt.
Auch hieran wurde gearbeitet. Die Tรผre lieร sich aber immer noch nur schwer รถffnen.
3. Es gibt im Bad weder eine Duschkabine noch einen Duschvorhang. Nach dem Duschen ist der Boden des halben Badezimmers nass. RUTSCHGEFAHR!!!

4. Ich bin 190 cm groร und das Waschbecken ist in Hรถhe von etwas รผber meinem Knie angebracht.
Das liegt natรผrlich daran, dass unser Zimmer ein Zimmer fรผr Behinderte war, aber das haben wir gar nicht gebucht.
Zu Pos. 3: Am Donnerstagabend wurde uns an der Rezeption von einer sehr freundlichen Dame gesagt, dass die Ausstattung des Bades in unserem Zimmer in diesem Hotel Standard ist. Meine Frage, ob das Hotel wirklich 4 Sterne hat, wurde von der freundlichen Dame mit "JA" beantwortet. Meine Anmerkung, dass in einem Hotel mit 4 Sternen in einem Standardzimmer ein Duschvorhang oder eine Duschkabine vorhanden sein mรผsste sagte die Dame, dass was sie haben ist unser Standard.

Zu Pos. 4: Das man hier an der Hรถhe des Waschbeckens nichts รคndern kann ist selbstverstรคndlich, aber unserer Bitte in ein anderen Zimmer umziehen zu dรผrfen wurde abgelehnt. Begrรผndung: wir haben kein Zimmer frei.

Die Hotelanlage liegt etwas oberhalb des Zentrums und zurรผckgesetzt an einer ruhigen Straรe. Sehr sauber, sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frรผhstรผck, auch auf der Veranda mรถglich.
Morgendliche Mรผllabfuhr um 5 Uhr. Im Bad wรคren ein paar Hacken zum Aufhรคngen angebracht.

Das Hotel gehรถrt dringend saniert mit neuem Mobiliar auch die Sanitรคren Anlagen.
Zimmergrรถsse ok, auch das Freischwimmbad sowie der aussenbereich ist ok.
Im Zimmer hat es schlecht gerochen, das Mobiliar ist extrem abgewohnt, die Duschkabine ist sehr klein und schmal, man kann sich als Erwachsener kaum richtig waschen. In vielen Bereichen blรคttert die Wandfarbe ab, einfach heruntergekommen... Schade

Ho soggiornato con mia figlia e mi sono trovata benissimo grazie alla disponibilitร e all'accoglienza del gestore e di tutto lo staff. Colazione abbondante con molta scelta, cena in hotel altrettanto abbondante e ottima. Piscina grande e ben tenuta. Disponibilitร di un grande numero di lettini sia a bordo piscina che nel grande parco/giardino dell'hotel. Nessun problema di parcheggio. Dall'hotel si raggiunge facilmente il lungolago anche piedi.

Hotel carino, dispone di molte camere, non proprio vicino al lago e alla movida, per arrivare al centro di sera bisogna spostarsi in macchina perchรฉ i mezzi pubblici che fermano li vicino dopo le 20 non ci sono e a piedi sono buoni 15 minuti all'andata perchรฉ รจ in discesa, al ritorno ovviamente รจ tutto in salita. La piscina รจ abbastanza grande e ben tenuta, l'acqua risulta un po' fredda ma nelle giornate calde รจ piacevole. La colazione รจ la classica internazionale a buffet in modo tale da soddisfare tutti i palati e soprattutto i numerosi turisti tedeschi. C'รจ disponibilitร di fare anche mezza pensione ma รจ piรน un menรน per turisti vintage che per giovani, in ogni caso se non volete spostarvi ci si puรฒ accontentare. Il personale alla reception รจ molto cortese e disponibile e risponderร a tutte le vostre domande. Se cercate un posto senza gloria ma pulito e tranquillo, questo รจ l' hotel che fa per voi.

Ontbijt was vooral ongezond eten. En niet echt lekker. Vond het hotel zelf oudbollig en de badkamer was groot, maar geen douchegordijn of cabine waardoor de wc en alles nat werd.
