Loved it, again anytime!

Perfectly cosy boutique hotel. Great spa that you can book privately and extensive breakfast, even with room service. Restaurant is also really good and the staff was very welcoming. Small snacks and cookies are provided everywhere you go. They even had a personal letter and wine present for our honeymoon stay.

If we need to find something (minor), the bed squeaked a little and you can hear the motorcycles outside while having the window open.

Lovely stay at Tobago, 5* all round

We have just had such a lovely stay here! The staff are all super friendly and helpful - they really can’t do enough :) breakfast was definitely a highlight, love the extensive choice and the high quality of the produce, super tasty. Poolside snack was also a lovely little treat in the afternoon. Just all round thoughtful little touches make this hotel special! The walk into Garda (15 minutes) is not a problem even in the heat and the roads are very safe.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and will definitely be going back

Very welcoming hotel. Greeted with glass of Prosecco and tour of room. Room was extremely clean and a good size with balcony overlooking the pool with Lake Garda in the background. Good choice of pillows and lovely pool area although the jacuzzi could have done with a clean. Excellent choice of breakfast and food was excellent although it all comes at once. Borrowed the eBikes which were good fun and value. There is a free shuttle bus to lake but it is only a 10 minute walk, excellent location. We ate at the hotel each night and the food was good.

Food was good but very fish based. Pre-order breakfast but i understand why and the food was freshly prepared

Clean, very good service, good for resting.

Very clean, very spacy. Auto garage, great breakfast. Very good service around the pool. Ask what you want and they bring it. Everyone is very friendly. Most of the guest are couples. So it is good for resting.

Enjoyable stay

Good hotel and staff, very attentive and always happy to help. Clean, modern and spacious. The private spa was great. Short walk to the town centre and a good base for exploring lake Garda by car, has ample parking too. The hotel is on a main street and you can sometimes hear the traffic by the pool, but we did not mind this as the rooms are soundproofed and we checked the location prior to booking.

Breakfast quality varied and was not the best. Very small portions too, and although you can order multiple dishes, we would rather have one proper meal. For example, a portion of pancakes consisted of one small pancake and a portion of crepes was one crepe cut in half. Pastries, fruits and other baked items were not fresh either. Would be better if you did not have to preorder breakfast the day before. Our tip would be to go down to the restaurant for breakfast, as there are more chances you would get hot food. Also keep in mind that the pool is not heated and can get cold on some days and the WiFi is quite slow. Service was not consistent either, for e.g. turn down service was unavailable on some days which we were not told about beforehand. However, the staff did go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

A wonderful stay in a friendly, well run hotel.

Exceptional choice and quality of breakfast served by friendly staff. Room spotlessly clean with everything you could need. Friendly staff on reception, giving useful help and advice.

Not a criticism, and we understand your aim for very high cleanliness standards, but in order to be even more environmentally friendly, the bathroom and swimming towels do not need changing every day. We did see the note if we wanted towels changed to leave them on the floor, but they were changed every day when not requested.

the breakfast is outstanding, the staff very friendly and the hot tub was very nice and relaxing. Nice that they offer a free snack in the afternoon. Good quality rooms, sufficient parking available.

the hotel is right next to the busy road and roundabout, keeping your window open is impossible because of the sound levels. Bikes need servicing.

ein tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück a la carte ist außergewöhnlich lecker, mit hochwertigen lokalen Produkten, die Zimmer sind komfortabel, Betten sehr bequem. Bei Ankunft gab es ein Willkommensgetränk und Kuchen. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Tobago Team führt dieses Hotel mit sehr viel Hingabe und Herzblut. Das gesamte Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hatten stets eine Überraschung bereit. Die kulinarische Verpflegung ist von höchster Qualität. Das private Spa ist ausserordentlich schön. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!

Frequentiamo questa struttura da più di 10 anni e ogni volta è una conferma. È raro trovare un Hotel che riesca a mantenere uno standard di elevato e costante nel tempo. La colazione è una delle migliori esperienze culinarie che io abbia mai provato: un vero highlight per iniziare la giornata 😀 Un altro punto di forza è il ristorante: resta uno dei miei preferiti in assoluto, ed è un vero peccato non abitare più vicino per poterlo frequentare più spesso! I nostri complimenti a tutto lo staff e alla Famiglia Zaglio che, con passione e dedizione, hanno saputo rendere questo posto per noi davvero speciale. Alessandro e Diana
