LOVED everything except the breakfast.

I asked for a croissant and coffee for quick breakfast on our last morning and our server said they did not have croissants. A minute later I saw a croissant being served to another person. Maybe it wasn't part of the included breakfast? However it was all I was ordering.

Very nice and beautiful renovated old mansion with five stars accomodation.

Everything was excellent. The rooms, the staff. Parking is easy on the premises. It was very good position and not overcrowded with tourists, restaurants in the Pavillion were all super. Especially cakes. And old fashioned breakfast ala carte.

The light in the rooms is a little bit dim but probbably its made on purpose, for romantic atmosphere. There was a lot of keys for different doors, parking, lift etc. Maybe one electronic key would serve better, but everything is working well.

The room had a ‘wow’ factor. Beautiful and quirky. The location was perfect right in the centre.

There were no general sitting areas or reception area, just a restaurant. Very unlike a hotel. The breakfast was a la carte. A confusing menu. Not good. Service was not always the best.

Amazing Pavillon!

Amazing room with all we needed, extremely clean and comfortable in an old Military Pavillion with shops and eateries. The restaurant and terras of the hotel have a great atmosphere. 80% of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The other 20% of restaurant staff needs to speed up their services....

Very stylish, very central but lack high end customer feeling

Central location. Cleanliness. Beautiful styling. Excellent breakfast staff.

No real sitting area in room. Very low ceilings. Evening meals were a little mixed and service not so great - but only on one occasion. Checkin staff member was on the phone for 10 minutes before even acknowledging we had just landed to checkin. He was also very grumpy. When you are spending over £400 a night for room only I would except a certain level of customer experience on arrival. Also the room was so stylish it lacked certain feature like cloths storage drawers.

Highly Recommended!

Absolutely stunning newly renovated property. Had a beautiful feel to it, cool and sophisticated. We had a queen suite which was exceptional for quality and comfort and exceeded our expectations. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, high quality and made to order. Highly recommend eating in the restaurant, we had the best food there than anywhere else.

It took us a while to work out the lighting system and how the jacuzzi worked but it didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay.

A bit of luxury.

The history of this building and the care taken to restore it was fantastic. We received an upgrade in our room. breakfasts was not a buffet, which meant that it was cooked just for you, nice touch.

Having the cut the trip short by a day thanks the Italian Rail staff having a strike which stuffed up our plans…..

It is located along a canal and the room had a charming, rustic ambiance. The room was spacious and very quiet. The staff were all very polite. The bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was somewhat limited.

Great hotel to discover Lake Garda and all it has to offer.

Very large comfortable room with good shower and hot tub. Good breakfast and fine location on the water. Walk to everything you would want to do in the town.

More info in the room needed; instructions for hot tub as it wasn't straight forward, air con was controlled from reception (found that out at 1am as room too hot), info on timings for breakfast. Also no milk in the room for the coffee/tea.

Quite simply everything, our first time in Italy & obviously Lake Garda, but wow. I genuinely couldn't fault it & all the staff were fantastic, a proper gem in all respects - Thank you 👏

The location and the building were stunning. A fabulous renovation done to a high specification.

The management and front of house. The cost of the stay. The staff dynamics was poor. Under staff. None priority to guests. You felt just like the general public, rather than a paying guest. Having stayed during our weeks trip to Italy, in two 5 star hotels with exceptional services and guest operations prior to this being our last destination. Our experience of being treated as a guest was very poor at the Pavillon. We felt like an inconvenience. A hectic welcome, confusion it would seem of our arrival. Amenities for guests poor. Overall unwelcoming. This property isn’t ready to be in the position to charge such prices based on the property alone. It isn’t run as a fully functional hotel.

Soggiorno da non perdere e da ripetere.

La struttura è bellissima, curata nei particolari con arredi e corredi nelle stanze di gran gusto e molto curati nella pulizia e nel mantenimento. Le suite con vasca idromassaggio esterna sul terrazzino privato e sauna privata interna sono deliziose. Il personale è molto gentile e svolge il proprio lavoro con accuratezza e professionalità. La posizione proprio al centro di Peschiera è perfetta

Hotel sehr gut, Frühstück naja!

Die Zimmer im Hotel sind echt eine Wucht. Stylisch hergestellt und eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Eines der schönsten Hotels in dem wir bis jetzt waren.

Das Frühstück entspricht nicht dem Anspruch des Hotels. Man bekommt das Frühstück nach der Bestellung aus der Karte serviert, jedoch ist die Auswahl auf der Karte so klein, dass man schon am zweiten Tag das Gefühl hat"schon wieder dasselbe". Spätestens am dritten Tag wird es ganz schwierig. Ausser Toastbrot gibt es dort kein anderes Brot. Also da ist noch viel Verbesserung nötig.
