The location was great, the owner was helpfull…

Location was great… the owner/manager was helpful…

The photos makes the apartment appear newer, tidier and most importantly makes the ceilings and doorways taller than they actually are… The place was not dirty, and had all the stuff you would need, but it had years of use on it. Which is fine if you are expecting it, they should update the photos. Some doorways are really low for a person over 180cm… you could hurt yourself if you’re not careful. the internet and the tv system was not working (apparently people before us messed with the cables) so i had to call the owner and he made me fix them on the phone, which was not something you want to do on holiday… at around 2am in the second night, the exterior door opened for a brief moment and shut closed again, I got up and went down stairs to see whats going on and saw a big white briefcase left inside the apartment: it was the cleaners’ briefcase with cleaning stuff inside:) they casually dropped it off without any warning… which is strange and scary to say the least… and the security deposit they make you put and block on your card, wasn’t really happy about that but it was written in the rules… the check in system they make you go through was a pain also… and to be fair i have to mention that the owner offered me refund after I mentioned that the doorways are too low, but it would have been more pain for us to find and move to another place so we chose to stay.

Despite the heatwave during our time in Paris, the location of this apartment & the size was amazing

The apartment was quite a bit larger than we expected which was nice. There was also an additional toilet/shower area which was a bonus. The neighborhood was quiet with many cafes and shops nearby. We especially enjoyed Blondie's.

The advertisement mentioned air conditioning; however, the 2 portable units did not really cool off the apartment during the heatwave happening while we were in Paris. Not being familiar with these types of cooling systems, we struggled to get them set-up as neither the cleaner nor host had it already set-up for us. Our host didn't always respond in a timely manner.

Too hot in summer

Owner/Booking.com gave 1 of 3 day credit for non-functional air-conditioning. Owner refunded the 500 euro security deposit per commitment. Washing machine worked.

Last minute demand for 500 euro security deposit. The apartment was extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout the day and night (3-5Jul2025) since air conditioning, portable air-conditioning, fans did not work in any rooms. Not recommended in summer months. The owner provided no support or instructions to make the air conditioning work, when called for help- told us to leave with refund. The welcome packet also did not have instructions for air conditioning use. The apartment (attic) has 6ft/2m ceilings. We would not return or recommend.

Very cool & Chill stay

Very nice apt cozy and spacious for a family.Close to St George Metro 🚇 station. I only ask you to fix the light 💡 in the Entrance Bathroom as the one above the Mirror is not enough😊.

Quirky French loft in a nice area of Paris but not for tall people.

The location is great. Nice neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants near by. Getting in and out was easy after you figured out where everything was. Alexis was very responsive. The shower and bath on the street level is new and works well but is downstairs from the main apartment.

The ceiling height is very low don't stay if you are 6'0' or taller. There is no microwave in the kitchen and only one decent size coffee cup. The main bedroom is on a landing at the top of the entrance stairs and must be walked through for access to the apartment. The second bedroom is in the back with no ventilation. It is a quirky french space which was obviously a storage loft for the restaurant below. For the price 3000 EUR for a week i am not sure it qualifies as a good deal. The second bath is not useable as a shower and the toilet is so small it is hard to use. We stayed there as two couples and fortunately we get along well or it could have been a long week. A few updates to the kitchen and some shelving or storage would go a long way to help. Modern washer and dryer but the dryer vents into the utility room so it cannot get the clothes dry.

The ceiling of the apartment is too low, the air is very secret, and can not circulate. The toilet is a mess of the heater, washing machine and etc. The air is very hot and after you shower, it looks like you walked from a sauna. The 2nd-floor toilet of the apartment is often clogged, be careful with it (before receiving the check-in information at the apartment, the owner sent me the rules and asked me to pay a 500 euros deposit - required if you want to receive check-in information. On the day we left the apartment to go to CDG airport, we didn't have enough time to unclog it. And the owner took the whole of my deposit.) Not recommend!

Superb

Location, location, location!

A baby bed was requested well in advance, and confirmed by the property the morning of. It was not there on arriva, and we were told it would be there later in the afternoon. An hour or two later we were told it would not be available until 9PM (too late for our 2 yr old to go to sleep) due to staffing issues. The owner offered for us to go get it from across the city (which we did) or reimburse us for purchasing a new one. Owner is not very communicative via Booking but very responsive via WhatsApp.

Clean and fun apartment in nice location - just not recommended for tall people or families with mobile babies/toddl

Cute and clean apartment with fun personality. It is charming! The owner/management were very responsive and helpful. All supplies and kindness needed were provided. We liked the location as well - convenient to access many sites in Paris.

We are tall people (5’10” and 6’0”) and the ceilings are low and we had to duck in certain rooms or doorways. I hit my head many times. Also the apartment had a couple major hazards for mobile babies/toddlers. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and the windows are low to the ground and easy for a child to get to and fall out. There is also a staircase with a railing that is wide enough for our baby to fit through.

Cama confortável, excelente localização, decoração de muito bom gosto, cozinha equipada e maquina de lavar e secar.

Energia elétrica caía sempre. Bastava ligar mais de dois aquecedores e o fogão, que o disjuntor disparava. Você precisava escolher se iria cozinhar, ou se manter aquecido. A maquina de lavar entao, para ligá-la era preciso desligar os aquecedores. Ao informar isso ao anfitrião, ele mandou entrar em contato com a companhia de energia. Oi?? Nós em viagem, falando outra língua, e sem nenhum dado cadastral do apartamento. Foram 6 dias que ficamos hospedados, os 6 dias foram com esse transtorno. E o problema sabemos que é na instalação elétrica. Alem disso, os chuveiros sao uma novela para conseguir tomar banho. Um é baixo demais, vc precisa ficar abaixado e molha todo o espaço pois nao há cortina na banheira para evitar a molhadeira. E o outro banheiro o chuveiro está com varios poros entupidos, a agua saí espalhada para todos os lados.

La ubicación del apartamento y el entorno del Distrito en el que esta.

El apartamento no reune condiciones de habitabilidad minimas. Los techos oscilan de 1,40 a 1,65 en la mayoria de sus dependencias más utilizadas. Los baños son algo lamentable, uno en mitad de una despensa y el otro sin apenas luz y ubicado en una zona lejana de los dormitorios.

電車やバス、市街地への移動はしやすかった。レストランやスーパーも徒歩圏内にあり問題なかった。

チェックイン・アウトの時間や、デポジットの支払要求が、別サイトで依頼された。Booking.com側からは別サイトからの要求はないとあったので、信用できずアパート側に質問しても返信が来なかった｡出国直前だったので、Booking.comへ確認をして､大丈夫だろうと言われたのでデポジットの入金は済ませた｡しかし､チェックインのロック解除ナンバーは、当日チェックイン直前に知らせると伝えられていなかったので、デポジット入金後、既に出国していたのにチェックインの方法や､アパート側と確認が取れなかったので、お金はだまし取られてはいないか？実際に行って泊まれなかったらどうしたらよいか？など、代表して手続きをしたこともあり、別の国を旅行中も不安な日々を過ごした。結局、解除ナンバーは、事前には教えられないというものであったがその説明をもらえていれば、不安な思いをせずに済んだ。また、質問は電話をかけるようにとあったが､ Booking.comからも電話をしてもらい､出国後も英語の堪能な方にわざわざ依頼をして何度も連絡をしたもらったが、この電話は呼び出し音もなく切れてしまう。メールも、AIが行っているのか、こちらの質問には一切答えず、機械的に決まったペースで送られてきた。確認や連絡が取れないのは非常に困りました。 (Booking.com側にも何度か質問をしたが、こちらから再度連絡をしなければ、その場だけでの確認で折り返し連絡がなく非常に困った｡) アパートの内部としては、無理矢理天井高のある1Fを1･2Fとして改装されていて、天井高は2mくらいで非常に低く､バスタブはあるものの、栓がなくお湯は張れず、仕切りもなく洗面スペース(バス・洗面スペースは､洗濯･倉庫スペースと一体になっていた)で、お湯が飛び散らないようにと非常に使い辛かった｡ロフトのようなイメージだった1部屋は、1Fの玄関から繋がる階段～廊下にあるホール部分にベッドがあるだけのスペースだった。

Appartamento carino, ma caldo insopportabile.

La posizione è ottima. L’appartamento è accogliente, anche se il soffitto è molto basso.

L’aria condizionata non funzionava, c’era un ventilatore con la griglia di protezione smontata. Erano giorni molto caldi e si faceva fatica a dormire anche con le finestre aperte. Nessuno ha risposto alle mie richieste di intervento.

Experiência ruim por conta do calor e teto baixíssimo

Somente a localização, fica muito perto da galeria Lafayette

Provavelmente era um sótão que adaptaram para apartamento, pessoas com mais de 1,70m não conseguem caminhar dentro dele por conta do pé direito baixíssimo. Fomos no verão e o calor era insuportável e tinha dois aparelhos de ar condicionado móvel que não funcionavam.

Bra läge, fina restauranger och väldigt mysig lägenhet som får dig att uppleva Paris annorlunda.

Bra kommunikation med hyresvärden och han ordnade så att vi kunde checka ut lite senare eftersom det inte var högsäsong. Det var väldigt snällt av honom! Annars var läget väldigt bra och mysiga restauranger runt omkring.

- Om du är lång så kanske inte det är den mest optimala lägenheten eftersom att takhöjden inte är särskilt hög. - Städningen gällande golvet var inte på topp men värden var kommunikativ och ville skicka städare men vi var redan halvvägs in i våran weekend. Men kommunikativ och bra hyresvärd ibland kan man inte styra över städningen t.ex när man hyr in städfirma.

Alojamiento bien ubicado con un trato nefasto por parte del propietario

El apartamento se encuentra bien ubicado.

La comunicación con el propietario es absolutamente nefasta, inexistente, de hecho y el sistema de checking no funciona. El propietario me ha insultado varias veces sin motivo. Recibí un enlace automático para hacer el checking 10 o 15 días antes que . Lo hice y cuando cargué el DNI recibí el aviso "estamos comprobando su identidad. Recibirá un mensaje cuando pueda continuar". El día 30 de diciembre, un día antes de llegar a Paris, viajando con personas mayores y niños seguían comprobando mi identidad. Desde tres días antes, intenté contactar por el mail publicado con el alojamiento y nadie respondió, como tampoco pudo booking. El número aportado es una centralita te deja en standby y he gastando bastante dinero para no poder recibir ninguna respuesta ni hablar con nadie. El 30/12 por la tarde me llega un mensaje que parece automático al correo electrónico con un número móvil en caso de problemas. Escribo un whatsapp contando el problema del checking, la premura y la preocupación de no tener acceso al alojamiento un 31 de diciembre con niños pequeños y personas ancianas y pongo en mayúsculas "NECESITO EL CÓDIGO DE ACCESO". De repente, alguien responde y me dice que no tengo vergüenza y soy una maleducada por escribir en mayúsculas. Me manda enlaces informándome de lo maleducado que es escribir en mayúsculas y me dice que no me quiere en su propiedad y deja de escribir. No sólo no hay disculpas por la carencia de información y el fallo del sistema y la no comunicación sino que me insulta por varias veces. La preocupación es máxima en mi familia. Volamos a Paris sin saber dónde nos íbamos a alojar. Dos horas antes del checking me manda el señor el acceso a la propiedad y finalmente pudimos estar esos días en ella llenos de indignación por el sufrimiento y la intranquilidad y por los insultos infundados.
