1) ceiling upstairs too low! My husband and grandson hit their heads 2) owner was not very polite answering my phone call with a concern I had! He told me that if I did not like it, or feel safe: to leave and find other place! I had a valid question and he shout me down! 3) first time in all our travels that we had to take the trash outside! I had to stay awake until 11:30pm the night before we left, so I can put the trash in the bins on the street!

We loved the appartment. The location was the best of it, really in the center, 5-10min walking distance from different metro stops, with many restaurants on the corner, mini market and services. The appartment is cozy, very clean with all the needed for a couple of days. The beds were very confortable too.

The floors are very low, we are not tall people, but for people from 1,7m I would not recommend it. It was a bit noisy during the night.

Cama confortável, excelente localização, decoração de muito bom gosto, cozinha equipada e maquina de lavar e secar.

Energia elétrica caía sempre. Bastava ligar mais de dois aquecedores e o fogão, que o disjuntor disparava. Você precisava escolher se iria cozinhar, ou se manter aquecido. A maquina de lavar entao, para ligá-la era preciso desligar os aquecedores. Ao informar isso ao anfitrião, ele mandou entrar em contato com a companhia de energia. Oi?? Nós em viagem, falando outra língua, e sem nenhum dado cadastral do apartamento. Foram 6 dias que ficamos hospedados, os 6 dias foram com esse transtorno. E o problema sabemos que é na instalação elétrica. Alem disso, os chuveiros sao uma novela para conseguir tomar banho. Um é baixo demais, vc precisa ficar abaixado e molha todo o espaço pois nao há cortina na banheira para evitar a molhadeira. E o outro banheiro o chuveiro está com varios poros entupidos, a agua saí espalhada para todos os lados.

De airconditioning blaast op een gegeven moment warme lucht, en de ventilatoren maakten heel veel lawaai en werden heet. Vooral in een heatwave was dit niet te doen
