NOT AT ALL PROFFESIONAL -DONT GO!!!

I have never in my life encountered some place as non professeionel like WS-hotels. I had booke 11 apartments and form the very start it was chaos. For some of my guests they had to stay out in the cold rain for more than one hour. The place it self is warn out and very tacky, the lift only goes 1/2 floors, the entances to the building is broken and smashed and stinks of tabacco smoke. The apartment are very small(they never promised any other) and but well functioning - but dont be more than a size L, then you wont fit in there In general what should have been a wonderful and easy birthdday celebartion ended up being a nightmare and NO UNDERSTANDING from the staff AT ALL. NOT TO RECOMEND

It was in an excellent location - close to the metro & lovely shopping areas and so much choice for food

our building didn’t have a lift so it was tricky to get my 20kg suitcase up and down the spiral stairs but i did it!!

I would say it’s a great location. you can just walk to Louve and it’s so perfect for that. there is a bus to direct to airport you can easily catch that making so much easier.

I don’t like the self checkout yes you can call them if needed anything, but the reception was bad when I climbed up second floor and the girl asked me that I was in front of the door. I said no because there was not reception. so I told her on the phone “ waited for me, I would run upstairs now” . of cuz reception was bad we barely can hear each other. but she managed to help me getting in late evening thank goodness for that. like I traveled alone and arrived late evening in Paris, I felt so hopeless after I had a big day travel. as soon as I walked into the room, there is not air conditioning, I called again for getting the fan working but the remote battery run out. so first night was not a great experience at all. I needed to open the window, but noises was there of cuz I didn’t sleep much first night. they came and fix next day. It was much better on the second night. pillows were bad, I hope they would do something about it. well there are for support cushions not for sleeping tho. linens are not clean but toilet was clean.

Tiny apartment best suited for one person who doesn't want to cook their meals.

The apartment was in a reasonably good location. It was very close to Metro stations and bus stops we used to travel into and out of central Paris. We also were able to walk to Quai Jacques Chirac and Tour Eiffel within an hour. So centre of Paris was within a moderate walking distance. There were a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes' walk as well. We found a nice little Franprix for grocery shopping and a BNP-Paribas ATM within 10 minutes' walk.

The room is tiny and we didn't have room to open our cases and leave them open for the week we were there. The cooking facilities are limited and were inadequate for 2 people to prepare and cook food. So we were limited to microwave heating food. To get to the bathroom in the night, one person had to climb over the other or out of the end of the bed to get there. To get into the apartment, we had to use 4 different door codes - one for building access; a second for wing access; a third for floor access; and the fourth for apartment access. This was only manageable because one of us has a very good memory for numbers. There was either no air conditioning or we couldn't find it. Given the tiny apartment size, the former seems more likely. There was a small ceiling fan but it would haver been totally inadequate if we'd been home all day together. The room was very warm and stuffy while we were there and we needed to sleep with the window open every night.

Not good value for money

The location. It was clean. We even found 2 breakfast boxes on our first morning. We didn't order any so it was a nice touch (unless it was delivered by mistake and someone is wondering where their breakfast went).

After reading some less than complimentary reviews of the place, we got there expecting the worst. It wasn't as bad as expected. The place was tiny with hardly any room on one side of the bed. There were 2 holes on the wall on the left hand side of the bed where electric switches used to be. The wall lights above the bed had disappeared and there were at least 3 brackets sticking out on the wall. It didn't seem like the place was much loved. The safe didn't work. We were 'lucky' our room gave onto the courtyard and it was reasonably quiet. The door from the street into the courtyard was very temperamental....

Potentially good location but extensive night time building work in the street prevents sleep.

There was construction work and the property owner warned us and offered to relocate us but when we tried to take them up on the offer they stopped communicating with us. The construction work was happening in the night and kept us from sleeping. The apartment didn’t contain all the items advertised and there was no response when we requested an item.

Horrible place. Dirty. Tiny. Stay away!

Nothing, it was a rat hole. We did not stay neither 30 minutes there. We had to rent another apartment through Airbnb. Still waiting to hear back from Booking as I paid you for this accommodation that was disgusting, tiny, dirty.

When we arrived the apartment was dirty. No bed linen. Staines on the mattress and towels. Dust everywhere. Soap and hair in the shower and sink. Leftovers in the kitchen.there was a crack on the wall . Horrible place. I want a full refund as it was not my fault the condition the property presented when we arrived at 4:00pm. Immediately called the company informing we were not going to stay there.

The location was great

Too narrow, too hot, too noisy - except the repairs around the inner yard increase a lot the voices of other guests and house door was very noisy too. The ventilators were dusty!

Apartment in building C does not have a lift, ok for me but maybe not for people with mobility issues. I have stayed in building A before and it has a lift :).

Really small apartment with disappointing features

- Location was fine, near the Opera. Around 5-10min walk to supermarkets and metro. - Self check-in and codes system are good.

Just booked this property due to my original one being cancelled last minute. And this is what I have to say: The building has old narrow steps and a really bad smell. The apartment is really small for two people. The bathroom had dirty towels and no ventilation so it got too hot; the bedroom’s window didn’t close properly; the fans are not at all sufficient for a +30º degrees weather especially if you cook in there; it does not make sense for the fan to only be working if all the bright lights are lighted up; the kitchen had dirty plates and utensils; it does not have enough space to cook and wash/clean your dishes for example. Overall do not recommend.

Nice stay in central location.

Great location, close to many metro stations and several great bakeries to get croissants in the morning. Walking distance to many attractions like Le Louvre, Montmartre...etc Safe area. Apartment in secured building, need 4 door codes to access; overlooking inner courtyard so very quiet. Nicely decorated apartment, with a tiny separate bedroom - ideal for family of 3. Management team very responsive via Whatsapp. Helped us resolve issue with safe promptly but this could have been avoided if instructions were available in the apartment itself. Good wifi. Comfortable beds. Nicely equipped kitchen although we did not use except for making coffee in the morning. Shower gel, hand soap and dishwashing liquid provided.

No housekeeping for entire 8 days we were there, so floor, bathroom and toilet started to get uncomfortably dirty after a few days. However towels were changed and toilet paper replenished upon request. Wished they provided some basic cleaning every 3 days. No possibility of storing luggage if early arrival as there is no office on the premises. They do suggest some alternative arrangements that you can make if you ask. No elevator, steep stairs to climb to second floor which could be a problem for some people.

Good location for us. I like that there was a fridge and a microwave etc.

It wasn’t very clean. Hairs in the shower and the floor in the whole apartment was very sticky. There is also no reception in the building so I haven’t seen any of the staff which felt a little impersonal. Very loud also during the night. And when there is no power (like we had) you can’t enter the building because you need 4 different codes to unlock doors.

It was near the centre.

The entrance door were very heavy and in the morning when somebody went out it was very loud. Apartment’s door very dirty. The mirrors and the windows, dirty. It is superficial cleanup everywhere. The beds are very short.
