Very beautiful Parisian apartment of 45m2, tastefully decorated, typical of Haussmannian architecture, with its elegant parquet floors, beautiful volumes, moldings, an authentic Parisian working fireplace, tall windows, electric dimmers. It was refurbished by Parisian architect.
On the 4th floor (with elevator), it includes a bright living room - living room with velvet Chesterfield sofa, armchairs, a console convertible into a table (up to 12 people), a bedroom with a double bed and large cupboards, a kitchen fully equipped (fridge, oven, electric hob, toaster, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, glass table), a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Located rue de Chateaudun, in the heart of the 9th arrondissement, this apartment is close to Notre Dame De Lorette, the Lafayettes, Opéra, and Montmartre galleries. The Louvre museum is 3 metro stops away.

Rental conditions:
The owner reserves the right to draw up a signed contract between the travelers and himself (even for a short period) and request copies of identity documents
- Accepted means of payment: Paypal and bank transfers

Arrival in the apartment: 3 p.m.
Departure from the apartment: before 10:00 am
Times can be changed under conditions.

Security deposit of 1500 euros to be paid when your reservation is accepted by Paypal or Bank transfer. It will be returned to you no later than 7 days after your departure.
In case of loss of keys, 150 euros will be deducted from the deposit

Fun! We loved the apartment, the neighborhood is so accessible with 2 different metro lines so close by. The host is gracious and has excellent communication skills. Very clean and the decor is wonder(woman)ful!!!

The location was ideal, nestled between Montmartre and the Opera and steps away from the Metro. Many wonderful shops and restaurants are available for your pleasure. The apartment was spacious and well stocked. When I arrived, essential groceries were waiting as well as fresh flowers. I would be delighted to stay here again!

This is a delightful apartment situated near shopping, bakeries, the metro, and many other shops. It is a great place to launch a day’s promenade in Paris. The host has exceptional communication and the apartment is exactly as advertised. A very enjoyable stay!
