Brilliant location. Easy access into centre of Edinburgh (5 minute tram or 20 minute walk downhill) but we decided to explore Leith for the weekend, which was amazing. Fantastic restaurants, bars, pubs etc from cheap eats to Michelin restaurants. More chilled out than Edinburgh and much cheaper. Great alternative for those who have visited Edinburgh a number of times before.

It was very close to the tram station and everything was nicely furnished. Axel was very kind and accommodating.
Probably needs some ventilation in the 2nd floor. Was stuffy and hot with the recent heatwave going on

Very clean, high ceilings and big airy rooms, lots of space, and large mirrors, fully equipped, for eating in,hair dryers in every bedroom, comfortable large size beds, Starter essentials in cupboards, tea coffee milk plus more.
Dining table could have been a bit larger to seat six people, but there were extra chairs rather than the benches to use. Table mats for hot plates needed.

Direct and quick comunication with host
House is comfortable, though it has narrow stairs to get to the house. we had to be careful with my parents going downstairs.

Axel was amazing with communication. He was very thoughtful and recommended a lot of things to do nearby and also suggested different methods of travelling to the accommodation. Axel is brilliant and I can't fault him at all. Thank you for being so accommodating and so wonderful

Very good option for bigger groups (6 persons - 3 separate bedrooms plus living room with kitchen). Apartment at the second floor in the tenement house. Quite though 2 minutes walk to tram and buss station. Great pub nearby (the Central Bar - karaoke on Sunday evening - don't miss it, even if you do not sing yourself;))
One bathroom, quite small but the landlord informed us about it upfront and in the end it was not a big problem.

Lovely clean apartment, not far from all the shops and attractions. If you don't like walking so much the is lots of transport options to get you to the old town but the walk is lovely and lots to see on the way.
Lots of space to relax in the apartment and everything you need to cook if you didn't want to eat out.
The host is in contact from the start to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.couldnt ask for more.
All had fresh bedding and towels when we arrive.
The was nothing I felt we needed extra.
Car parking was available on the street at no extra charge. We had a lovely stay, and would definitely book this apartment again.

The property is located 10-15 minutes from Leith shore with plenty of good cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby. Walking into the city centre takes about half an hour. There are good bus services. We were a group of four so two people had to share the twin room which was fine for 3 nights. There is one bathroom and one sofa which was manageable for four but might be more difficult for larger groups.

Everything about the property was good. No trouble in finding the parking on street. Enough bed for families. Great location for the price value it was good!!
only problem I had was cleanliness part, some parts were missed out. under the bed and sofa it was not cleaned for long time and bit of dusting required.

Nice, quiet apartment in the centre of Leith. Axel the host was extremely helpful and accommodating, letting us leave our bags early and arranging the right number of beds.

Spacious and very nice owner
The entire main road was under construction, too bad we weren’t told, it created many problems for us. the bathroom and toilet could be in a better shape.
The WiFi didn’t work, hence also the tv (Netflix and such), which was a real bummer. The landlord insisted it works which was funny as we were there.

I was sent a key code for the key box all went smoothly
The bathroom bin hadn't been emptied. The toilet location in the bathroom is ridiculous definitely needs to be rearranged. Also my children burnt themselves on the radiator twice.
