Quiet neighborhood but within easy access of all the sights in Edinburgh. Spacious, cozy flat with all the amenities one could need. Plenty of room for our party of 7. Choice of paid parking just outside the flat or free parking a short walk away. Axel was the most amazing host!

Brilliant location. Easy access into centre of Edinburgh (5 minute tram or 20 minute walk downhill) but we decided to explore Leith for the weekend, which was amazing. Fantastic restaurants, bars, pubs etc from cheap eats to Michelin restaurants. More chilled out than Edinburgh and much cheaper. Great alternative for those who have visited Edinburgh a number of times before.

It was very close to the tram station and everything was nicely furnished. Axel was very kind and accommodating.
Probably needs some ventilation in the 2nd floor. Was stuffy and hot with the recent heatwave going on
