Great, close to everything , could park outside , and space was small but superbly fitted out with absolutely everything you would need.
Small step from first floor almost caught us out - before the landing lights come on. Could use better lighting there but that was the only negative.

Excellent apartment. It had everything you would need. Comfortable. Well maintained. Excellent communication from the owners. Highly recommended. We loved it. Bed was super comfortable as well.

A superbly appointed apartment with everything you needed provided. Spotlessly clean & very comfy bed. Location was good, within easy walking distance of the centre of Edinburgh. Quiet location too so a good night's sleep was had. Would definitely book again
The front door was a bit fiddly especially after a few too many beers. Apologies for the night where we struggled with it a bit;🤣

The accommodation itself was decent and the hot water was reliable, which was our main priority and definitely appreciated.
The noise levels were extremely bad, there was a pub/party downstairs going on until after 2am every night and it was almost impossible to sleep properly. The location was also further from the city centre than expected, around a 30-minute walk with quite a lot of uphill sections. Overall, okay for a short stay if you don’t mind noise but not ideal if you’re hoping for proper rest.
