Great location and spacious flat.

Great location right next to the water of leith. Had lots of walks and play parks to for the kids. Easy to get into town by walking or getting the bus. Tesco was just round the corner to do made it super handy to pick up food. Property is also really big and spacious so plenty of room for us all. Over all a great stay.

Nicely appointed but needs some updating

Nicely appointed, spacious apartment in a great area, with good parking (and even a view of Edinburgh Castle!). Easy access to town. Supermarkets, pubs and good restaurants nearby. Comfy beds and good quality towels with hot showers.

Property has been a holiday rental for a while and is looking tired and a bit rundown in places (eg carpets, fabric chairs, sofas). Wifi is slow (wouldn’t recommend staying here if you need to work while away) and a smart TV is needed to bring it up to modern standards.

Excellent location near supermarkets and 20 min walk into the city center

All the home comforts - fully equiped kitchen and a good selection of games and books - the Edinburgh monopoly was a nice touch!

Great apartment.

Nice apartment fully equipped. Very clean and spacious. I have stayed here for 3 weeks for work in Edinburgh. I would come back again for a holiday with my family, Edinburgh is a nice city.

Property was spotlessly clean. More than enough room for us, 2 adults and 3 kids. Close to centre. Lovely modern apartment. Excellent facilities. Quiet neighbourhood but easy walking distance to all the attractions. Kids were delighted watching the squirrels out the back. I will definitely try and book this apartment again for our next trip

Mooi groot appartement maar niet hygiënisch genoeg

Je krijgt in principe een heel appartement met 3 slaapkamers, woonkamer, grote keuken en 2 badkamers. Erg groot en in een rustige moderne buurt.

In een van de badkamers zat zwarte schimmel op de douchekop, dit was wel echt heel smerig. Voor mij een reden om niet meer opnieuw te komen. Erg jammer omdat de rest van het appartement heel mooi is.

Ich kann die Wohnung wirklich nur empfehlen. Drei Schlafzimmer. Zwei Doppelbetten. Sehr ruhig.

Nicht gefallen ist falsch, aber die Unterkunft liegt sehr weit außerhalb. Wir hatten den Tipp, mit Uber zu fahren, was ich eigentlich nicht will, was aber hier alternativlos ist. Und wir haben es zu dieser Jahreszeit ziemlich kalt empfunden. Da wäre die Frage, kann man irgendwie die Heizung anstellen? . Alles in allem aber trotzdem wunderbar. Alles andere wäre Jammern auf hohen Niveau.

Perfekt enhet for familie på 5 når nødvendig vedlikehold og møblering prioriteres.

Akkurat passe stort, 3 soverom, 2 bad, stue, kjøkken og liten veranda. Kjøkkenet er godt utstyrt. Vaskemaskin/tørketrommel i ett, kjøl/frys, gassovn med stekeovn. Oppvarming via radiatorer. Området er moderne, rolig og med lekeplass, grønt område i tett nærhet. Tok oss cirka 20 minutter å gå til sentrum. David som tok imot oss var helt topp. Høflig, behjelpelig, imøtekommende og tok telefonen når vi ringte til han. Kildesortering, heis og wifi. En perfekt enhet for både helg og lengre ferieopphold. Vi kommer med høy sannsynlighet til å booke samme enhet for neste tur til Edinburgh. :))

Det var ingenting vi mislike sterkt ved overnattingsstedet men enheten bærer preg av å være godt brukt. Dette i seg selv er ikke negativt men det er endel småting som burde vært fikset/reparert/erstattet. For eksempel foldedør på det ene soverommet er i stykker og kan ikke åpnes. Dobbelseng på det store soverommet er vinglete og knirker svært mye. Begge sofaer i stuen bærer preg av å være utslitte og med små flekker over alt. Stoler på kjøkkenet med stoff-trekk er skitne med flekker. Vegg til vegg teppe i stuen har større flekker flere steder. Teppe under stuebord har store flekker. Veranda burde renses for høstens blader og vinduer burde vaskes.

Guter Kontakt zum Gastgeber und sehr schöne ruhige Lage . Geräumige Wohnung sehr gut für 4 - 5 Personen geeignet.

Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen .
