Fabulous stay. Location excellent and apartment had everything we needed.Would recommend to anyone.

The en-suite wet room didn’t drain away properly so towels and clothes had to be put in sink to keep dry. lock box was difficult to open and shut resulting in nipped skin. Maybe operator error but we couldn’t get the heating to come on when we wanted.

Many things need to be corrected, such as from entry to reception

1.The living room has two sofas and is not too far from Edinburgh's attractions, basically a twenty minute walk or less. 2.There's a washing machine and a TV\microwaves and cards

1. The first time I booked a hotel on booking, it can be said that it is the worst experience in all the B&B, the landlord seems to be drunk, the password told the wrong, as well as in the email a week ago told us the password is wrong, resulting in a lot of delay when entering the door.We tried for close to an hour and it still turned out that the landlord had provided the wrong password. 2. The bathroom with a bathtub was so noisy that it disturbed our friends at night. 3. Several room doors are not easy to open and close, very blocked, stuck by the carpet, and very difficult to open. 4. The landlord told us to wash the dishes, but we had already paid close to £100 for the cleaning.

Edinburgh break

The location of the property is great. It was a good base for our trip.

The neighbours in the flat below appear to be nocturnal with them out in the garden every night until 5 or 6 in the morning. Coughing and talking very loudly. This disturbed my sleep every night and made for a poor break for myself. Other members in the party that had rooms at the front were unaffected by this.

Exceptional

We went to Edinburgh for the Christmas market. It was perfect location, the room where amazing. The beds where soooooo comfy. Loved the finishing touches with the toilet roll. That was classic 😂 The kitchen was super modern but didn’t use it because we went out every night instead.

It would be great if they done something with the parking. Like have a parking spot just for the place, to save you searching around. Maybe if they could include the parking just to save you keep topping it up. It an old building which is nice but you can hear the noise of the traffic in the room I was in. This could be easy sorted if they brought back the shutters like the rest of the buildings
