I really liked the location, which is very convenient and close to everything. The studio is modern, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The check-in process was easy, and the staff were very helpful and responsive.

Nice stay

The space is used well, nice design and for a few days of cooking there is everything you need. Self check in was super easy and convenient. The location is great since Edinburgh is so walkable. Clean Good customer service Really nice having a dryer

The corridor right outside the studio kept smelling of weed. Presumably from other guests but maybe there could be signs reminding people not to smoke indoors or in their studio and a follow up from staff when they smell it. The chopping boards in the kitchen were completely covered in mould but the staff responded really quickly and provided a new one. You can hear noise from the other studios very easily but not the end of the world.

Ideal location & accomodating staff!

The location was fantastic! We had everything we needed in the apartment. Two staff members, Alice and Rachel, in particular were quick at replying and extremely accommodating over chat. If we’re back in Edinburgh in the future- we won’t think twice about booking here again! Thanks a million.

Great place, close to the royal mile.

Quiet place Cozy Well equipped

All good except for some small details . Entrance door, inside,needs a good scrub. Rug also needs cleaning. Mould in the toilet Toilet bun needs replacing, broken and rusty.

If we return to Edinburgh we wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

It provided everything we needed. The property was well lit and a good location (if you don’t mind a walk!). The shower was very powerful and the bed was very comfy. The hosts left us a few goodies (biscuits and mince pies) - although I couldn’t enjoy these as I am gluten intolerant. The hosts also offered us an early check in and were very responsive to my messages.

The property was lacking in some basic kitchen utensils / essentials e.g kitchen roll, wooden spoons, tongs. And we would have benefitted from one more washing tablet. The bathroom would benefit from a big mirror.

very beautifully designed space, very compact and has all you need, easy check-in and out, very quiet and safe neighbourhood, nice coffeeshop and pub right in the building

Space is a little dark, the blinds of the only window were broken (almost all the way down) so there was little to no natural light during the day but also light at night from the streetlight because you couldnt close it all the way. Upon arrival and the first evening it was very cold inside, and the heating was a little tricky… allthough you could manage it yourself, it sometimes just set back the temperature to much lower

Cosy apartment in a great location

It’s perfect, comfortable, cosy and in great condition. It has everything you may need, especially if you’re staying for a week or more, since the kitchen is fully equipped. The area is fantastic, about a 20 min walk from the more touristy places, very quiet and it has nice cafés, pubs and shops nearby.

It would be great if there was an additional light in the bathroom for puttin on makeup, shaving, etc.

The apartment was perfect, it was fully equipped and nicely modern. The location is amazing and the staff was friendly and replied quickly. The bed was very comfortable and there was also a fan to increase ventilation. Overall a great place to stay in Edinburgh.

Terrific accommodation, well located for the festival

Good location, on a bus route to the centre. Within easy walking distance of shops and Holyrood Palace. Very comfortable and clean and quiet.

It was a bit tricky to find apartment 11 which didn’t have a number and faced the street.

The space, the layout, the feel of the flat

No top sheet so we had to take the duvet out to just use the cover as it is hot in a top floor, loft apartment! The duvet then had a stain on it…which we wouldn’t have known if we were able to have a flat sheet! The company wanted to charge for one but honestly, I’ve never been in a place without a full complement of sheets. Also, the bottom door shelf in the fridge wasn’t in, so be careful with drinks on their side! Our milk leaked and we had a clean up on our hands so just be more careful that is and hopefully that fridge door will be fixed!

Great location and apartment with all you need for short stay, would stay again

The studio on the ground floor was small but it had everything you needed and spotless. The check in was so easy. It was access codes so no need for a key. The location is great with a few pubs and shops on your doorstep but also so close to Arthur’s seat,Calton Hill and the start of Royal Mile. It was really quiet and felt safe. Apartment was really modern, the bathroom was pleasantly big with a great shower.

The studio both on ground floor 1 and 3 (I moved apartments as I didn’t want an accessible bathroom) was rather dark but there is nothing that can be done with the property, it didn’t bother us. If I could afford it I would upgrade for apartment with more windows. The only other thing was the noise of the seagulls in the morning but again that definitely can’t be helped. I would also suggest perhaps some touch up paint on the front door but that’s being extremely picky

A lovely apartment in a quiet part of the city.

The apartment is spacious enough for two people. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a restaurant, pub, shop, and bus stop nearby.

The apartment is not very close to the city center. It’s about a 30-minute walk at a relaxed pace. It’s not too bad, but it’s not exactly in the center either.

Disappointing

Good location, nicely furnished. Ensured could access property.

Tea and coffee provided but no milk, empty salt and pepper shakers, bathroom floor was filthy, double bed quite small and wouldn’t comfortably fit two people. Most disappointing was the poor communication after my stay - they didn’t reply to my repeated requests to provide a proper invoice so am unable to claim my expenses from the stay

Great stay

Quiet location. Key pads so no worrying about losing keys. Well laid out and presented well. Close to public transport. Nice view of Arthur's seat. Spacious.

The shower was broken, the lowest dial just kept spinning around. The mattress was very hard so didn't sleep well at all. The duvet had a unpleasant looking stain on it. Both the glasses and mugs provided were very small. Coffee provided didn't really taste of anything.

Light, airy comfort at a great location

All the natural light and air through the window skylights on each side. Quiet, clean and comfortable. So much storage/surface area in each space making it easy to see everything and not have to move things around. Good location. Very homelike.

Sleep would be improved with bigger bed. Couple minor things that needed fixing but didn’t impact our enjoyment. Advised host but that they need not be fixed during our stay.

Easy check-in with key code access, good communication from the management company The appartment was in a great location, warm and very comfortable. Great shower and good basic facilities for cooking simple supper when we didn't want to go out to eat.

I was given the incorrect password for the Internet. I had to look on the notes for the rim sitting on the bench but even then it took a while for me to find. Such a huge cost for accommodation in Scotland.

Flat 8. Top floor, 32 steps, no noise from anywhere. View of trees was lovely. Very clean . Modern well set up kitchen we didn’t really use. Washing machine and dishwasher looked new.

Minor irritations… We couldn’t work out the tv! We were there for a week, with only 2 rolls of toilet paper. On querying restocking, was informed there are only 2 per stay. We donated a roll when we left!! No tissues. There was only one big and little towel each. If you wanted to wash them, you would need to buy detergent. No restocking or provided detergent. There were 2 tablets for the dishwasher. There was ample crockery and dishwashing detergent.

Good option but expensive for the offerings

Location is very convenient. It has all neccessary items for your stay. Bed is confortable, size is fantastic for two people. We stayed at appartment 8, last floor, and ceiling are very high. Views to the backyard and very quiet. Supermarket close by, a coffe downstairs, very well located. And very easy access from the airport, we used airlink, great option!

We missed some items like a table cloth, napkins, and some cloths to rinse after the dishes. Be aware that there is no elevator, so if you are carrying your luggage, keep this in mind. Toilet paper!! We stayed 4 nights and they left only 3 rolls! Too tight! We run out of toilet paper.

Good location and a nice size with everything needed for a long stay, but a bit noisy.

Clean, nice size and everything needed for a two week stay if you don't want to eat out everyday - fridge, oven, washing machine etc. Felt safe and access was easy.

No external noise from the street, but lots internally - very noisy fridge in the room and there's also little soundproofing inbetween studio apartments - I could hear the couple in the room across the hall. When they were watching movies until 2am, I had to get the earplugs out to sleep. Obviously no sheet change with a long stay - unless you wash them yourself. The view out of the back window was also a bit disheartening - a neglected garden with broken bits of furniture strewn around.

Spacious in a great location

Spacious with good kitchen facilities. Great location near to Arthur’s Seat and a short walk to the Royal Mile. Comfortable and cosy. Responsive staff. Would definitely recommend, particularly for the Fringe as the distance from town was perfect :)

The locations is good. 20 mins walk to royal mile and 10 mins to hollyrood. There are convenience stores and bus stop near. The interior is good. Kitchen equipment is very good.

The bathroom door could not open easily. Even after complaining there was no alternative offered. We had to struggle a lot every time we had to use the bathroom.

cool place if you stay inside

the place was fully equipped with all necessary appliances. also some extras. the bed was comfy. the room has a thermostat so the temperature can be just how you like it. it was very clean when we arrived. towels included

the view outside the window was postapocalyptic. walls and doors are very thin, neighbours were very noisy and smoked a lot of weed, but that's not your fault. too many keypad doors.
