An excellent to stay close enough to the busy royal mile whilst being quiet enough too. Great hosts!
We loved how attentive and thorough Rebecca was before we had even arrived! The instructions to collect the keys even had a help video and lots of recommendations for places nearby, that's how far the team go to make sure you're sorted! We were there on business and the location was excellent, only a 10-15 minute walk to the royal mile. The beds were super comfy which was lovely after busy travel and work. Overall we'd stay again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend you do too.

Good flat for the location. Bring ear plugs because the train runs right outside the front!
Easy instructions
The flat was not ready on time because of a delay in cleaning it so we had to change plans to accommodate this. We asked to drop luggage before check in time to help us rearrange but no flexibility was offered so our first afternoon was more tricky than expected. The communication was impersonal (several different people replying to messages) with limited information.

Location was great. I was travelling for business and it was about a ten minute walk to the centre of Edinburgh ( whilst away from the noise of the Festival!)

I think it was okay, a little underwhelmed compared to the pictures seen
Location is not too bad, close to the city. Also if you have a car, it is easy to find long stay parking that is free.
The lock doesnt work too well. It took us at least 15 mins to unlock the front door. Also one of the hall lights wasnt working, so it was a little dim at night. One of the blinds in the room is also spoilt, we couldnt scroll the blinds up to let the sun light in.

Toch ondanks de kleine gebreken een fijn verblijf gehad
De locatie ligt vlakbij een winkelcentrumpje en bjj bushaltes,en een uitstekende eetgelegenheid( the Safari Lounge) en een klein brouwerijtje waar je lekker kon zitten en op 10 minuten met de bus naar het centrum
Appertement is gedateerd,op zich wel schoon maar vochtplekken in de keuken,geen koffiezet apperaat. De bedden zijn te kort en te klein en maar net aan goed ,er is best veel achterstalig onderhoud .
