La ubicación, ya que estaba muy cerca de la parda de autobús que va al centro y la comunicación con el propietario fue excelente, muy buenas indicaciones para llegar Tiene todos los servicios para para pasar unos días

Le faltaba un poco de limpieza a fondo ya que al mover los sofás para poder abrir los sillones-cama ( no sofá-cama, otro punto negativo para nuestra estancia ) había bastante suciedad. Un cambio de puertas ( muy viejas y estropeadas ) de toda la estancia le harían un gran favor al alojamiento y ganaría muchos puntos

Bella zona residenziale, appartamento al piano terra con comodo parcheggio davanti a casa. La fermata del bus è di fronte. Ben riscaldato.

Il tavolo da pranzo traballante. Necessita di qualche pentola in più, dato che c'era solo una pentola e due padelle.

Beds were very comfortable. Had a washing machine & dryer which was handy. Good size fridge/freezer. Oven & hob. Very quiet for flats. No noise

Needs renovating as quite bad inside. Walls have been painted with cheap paint which you can easily see & flaking in areas. Paint left on wall sockets & windows. Fridge leaks. Puddles on floor daily & several dents in the door where the kitchen door handle hits it! Kitchen benches have knife marks on them & rings from hot pots being placed directly onto them. Oven & hob worked but could have left instructions on how to work the oven as none & took us half hour to actually get it working. Kitchen cupboards are old & under cabinet ones could do with repairs! Water filter on the sink doesn't work at all. Flooring is the floating floor board type. Very uncomfortable on your feet & not fitted professionally so uneven in places. Could do with mirrors in both bedrooms as the only 1 mirror is in the bathroom. This flat with a bit of tlc & money spent on it would be a beautiful place to stay & worth the money. In current condition it's over priced. Nice area though & very quiet. Lovely complex with nice grounds. Good parking & plenty of bins.. Corner shop 5 min walk
