Perfect location for Spires Hospital and was clean and was well provided with starter coffee, milk, coffee pods, toiletries etc.

Went out for breakfast and the location of the property was good easy to find bus stop right out side the front door to get you to city centre

The house itself was nice, a new house with modern amenities.
Parking on a dedicated parking space.
Super large TV
Adequately equipped kitchen.
Bare space throughout all rooms, no decorations at all (except of the gigantic TV)
Only 1 bathroom (shower)
No effort to make the rooms more cozy for the guests
No bedside table or other tables in the bedroom
Small dining table with wooden bench instead of chairs
Wifi not working, issues with heating and toiletteries and towels only for 4 despite booking for 6 people.
Despite promises to resolve the a.m. issues, no action has been taken by the host: inadequate customer service
