Nice apartment an would stay again.

Walkable location and nice views.

It was a bit confusing to find. Even though there was a lot of diagrams. Maybe a view from above showing a route from the Tesco would make it a bit easier.

Inside of the apartment was nice, clean and fairly modern. Located close to shops, castle, royal mile and park.

Absolutely disgusting on the outside. Rubbish everywhere, stair well blocked work trash and stank. Laundry left outside front door. Not given flat number. Cot not set up, couldn't find any sheets. Too many stairs to access inside and outside with luggage and stroller.

It was a nice place, just difficult for seniors with luggage.

The place was clean and neat.

It was far away from the Old City of Edinburgh and the train station. I was traveling with seniors and walking through the twists and turns according to the GPS was difficult with luggage and stairs. Also, the drainage system was not adequate. - Had to turn off the shower to let the water drain before I could rinse myself. The laundry didn't spin and remove the water from the clothes. Had to drain the dryer receptacle from all the water it collected.

The apartment was excellent. Everything you could need for a short stay. The area is ok. As described by the owner and really not an issue to us.

Didn't stay!!! had to book another hotel

Area is a council estate, urine smell in hallway, there washing in the front of the door when we arrived. Paint work all scuffed up the stairs and front door wall. Fridge in the lounge. Lounge and bedrooms very very tired 😫 . The bedding is fit for a dog to sleep on. Not homely at all. I would be ashamed to rent this place out.

Location was excellent near Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace. Great value for location.

Great location just outside the old town for a reasonable price. Great to have a washing machine and beautiful view of Arthur’s seat!

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept on - we had to put a duvet under the sheet to assist - would recommend purchasing a mattress topper. The stairwell entering the flats were really dirty and smelt awful - appreciate that isn’t the fault of the flat itself, but something to be aware of.

Not the best but at least cheap

If you’re looking for a comparatively cheap option in a good location near Holyrood, Arthur’s Seat and the Old Town, this place is for you. It is very cheap for location however this is reflected on the rest. Compared to the dodgy outside, the inside was not as bad.

The apartment is located in a dodgy building. It would have been very difficult to find without the photos sent. It is not stated anywhere that the apartment is number 2 - which we found out by reading the comments on booking.com. The stairwell leading to the apartment is simply disgusting - it stank of wee as if someone had just done it there. The cleanliness inside could also be improved, the shower was very rusty and dust all over the bin. Property clearly does not have a place to dry the bedsheets so they are left on the balcony for the whole duration of the stay close to the very dirty parts of the building, which is not encouraging.

Very confusing finding the flat no flat number given in directions. It’s flat no 2! Entrance to building dirty, rubbish everywhere and smelly. Bedding hanging up to dry on dirty balcony Not like the photos. Old faded bedding Sofa very dirty and stained Bathroom grout very mouldy especially in the shower Shower door broken

Rugby trip

This apartment was great for what we needed it for, a group of friends away for a rugby weekend. There were 5 of us but would've easily been room for more with the sofa beds and extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. Nice big mirrors on the landing, comfy sofa downstairs and beds were clean. We didn't spend a lot of time there so I can't comment on the TV or WiFi. Communication with the owner was great. Good value for money.

The location was good with it being close to the city centre, although we felt the blocks looked like student accommodation from the outside. When we arrived, outside the door to the apartment , there were airers covered in bedding drying, which made it look untidy. I understand it's difficult to dry bedding this time of year. I think this property would benefit from an extra toilet, as having only the one is difficult with a large group, although I'm not sure where one could be added. Mirrors on the wall in the bedrooms would be good, as we were all trying to use the ones on the landing. We would've benefitted from an extra door key, as we didn't all go back at the same time.

La ubicación está bien aunque muy difícil de encontrar

Sucio, se rompió la caldera y estuvimos 1 días sin calefacción y sin agua caliente… y menos mal que nos íbamos justo al dia siguiente que se estropeó. Viajábamos con una niña de dos años. Contactamos con la dueña pero no nos dió solución, nos dijo que nos haría un reembolso pero eso no llegó nunca.

Wir waren nicht zufrieden

Wir wurden vorab zuverlässig über den Zugang zum Schlüssel und der genauen Lage-Beschreibung der Wohnung informiert. Die Betten waren okay.

Das Treppenhaus roch nach Urin. Die Lage der Wohnung scheint eher in einem sozial schwächeren Umfeld zu liegen. Aber die Nähe zur Innenstadt stimmt. Leider läuft man dahin an einigen Alkoholikern in der Nähe einer Sozialstation vorbei. Nicht so angenehm mit Kind. Das Badezimmer müsste mal renoviert werden - die Spülung klemmt und die Decke sowie Dusche weisen Schimmelspuren auf. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, da der Abwaschschwamm sehr abgestanden roch. Wir haben zwischenzeitlich überlegt in ein Hotel zu wechseln, haben es aber auf Grund der Kosten nicht getan.

Es un apartamento muy bonito y espacioso, perfectamente equipado y pocos minutos del centro.

El portal y el edificio en general esta muy sucio y tiene aspecto de descuidado. Es una pena, porque la primera impresion es mala, cuando el apartamento es excepcional.

Fijn en comfortabel verblijf.

Locatie, op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Appartement is schoon en ruim voor ons gezin van 4. Wij kwamen op zondag aan en konden op deze dag tot maandag 8:30 de auto gratis parkeren op straat. Wij hadden er geen last van dat het trappenhuis erg vies was of stonk. Je hoeft maar 1 verdieping op dus je bent snel bij het appartement, je hebt niet zoveel in het trappenhuis te doen. De was hangt idd buiten voor de deur maar wij vonden dat niet storend. Keuken was compleet.

Afzuiging in de badkamer niet fantastisch. Geen apart toilet.

Große Wohnung im Herzen Edinburgh

Eine große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Direkt am Arthur's Seat gelegen und mit einem Spielplatz vor der Tür, für uns mit Kindern mega. Auf der Royal Mile ist man nach wenigen Minuten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr bemüht bei Problemen zu helfen.

Das Haus, in dem die Wohnung liegt, ist nicht die beste Nachbarschaft. Das Treppenhaus ultra dreckig und ekelig. Auch die Wohnung hätte etwas sauberer sein können...

L'appartamento è abbastanza grande da contenere 5 persone comodamente. La cucina è ben fornita e la casa è molto pulita. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione molto comoda per poter raggiungere la parte vecchia della città in una ventina di minuti, ma anche Holyrood Palace in dieci minuti. Da lì si può anche prendere il sentiero per salire in cima all'Arthur Seat per godere di una bellissima vista su tutta la città di Edimburgo. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e silenzioso.

Come c'è scritto nella descrizione dell'appartamento il contesto condominiale non è bellissimo, ma non influisce sul soggiorno nell'appartamento.

Très bon emplacement près du centre d'Edimbourg. Appartement propre et spacieux avec tout l'équipement à disposition. Endroit très calme. Nous étions 6 et nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

A localização é muito boa e o anfitrião foi uma pessoa presente e atenciosa. A casa estava relativamente bem equipada.

Carece de mais um pouco de limpeza e algum equipamento da casa não estava nas melhores condições. Chao riscado, porta do chuveiro descaída, e se calhar falta um pouco mais de equipamento de utensílios de cozinha para quem precisar de cozinhar. A água não estava bem quente.
