Wouldn’t stay again. Not great at all.

It was warm and the kitchen was fine

The building is quite old and smelled horrendously musky. floors are extremely squeaky and loud. Beds were really uncomfortable and lumpy mattresses and no bed side lockers. Really cramped space in bedroom 1. No mirrors anywhere except in hallway and bathroom which plugs didn’t reach. We got one bath towel per person for 3 nights, I messaged the property about this straight away to ask for more towels but got no response. We also got one small hair towel each and had to use one of these for the bathroom hand towel as no hand towel provided in bathroom. No toiletries whatsoever, just hand soap. The shower is a wet room vibe which would be fine if the owners cleaned out their drains, which they clearly did not do as after as little as a 5 min shower the entire floor had about an inch of water that everyone had to walk through to get to the toilet and sink (see attached photos) and it took ages to go back down the drain. The front door key was extremely stiff/sticky and hard to use. Sitting room couch very uncomfortable. No tv. Location wasn’t great and was hard to find by the bus instructions from the property (more our own fault probably). The fact that the property just ignored my message about towels after saying in every message to get in contact with any issues was just so unprofessional. Overall would not recommend, and would not stay again.

Worst experience ever!

Good walkable location to city center.

This was one of the worst rental experiences I've had. When we arrived, there were no clean towels—only damp, used towels left behind by the previous guests, still hanging in the bathroom. The shower hadn't been cleaned at all—it was disgusting, with hair and trash left behind. The kitchen and toilet bins were full, and there was even a pile of empty wine bottles left next to the garbage. Clearly, no proper cleaning was done between guests. The host only replied on the second day and said they’d follow up, but never did. We had no choice but to leave and book a different apartment. If you’re okay with staying somewhere filthy, ignored by the host, and left to clean up after strangers—go ahead and book. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Great experience

The property was spic n span and all amenities were arranged and as promised at the time of booking The contacts of the property were easily reachable for any assistance. Rooms were near and the beds were comfortable. All kitchen amenities including cutlery, cooking oil etc were kept ready.

Overall a very good experience , a great addition would be a washing machine as also sugar (for coffee / tea)

Great for an overnight stay for us and facilities and location allow for longer stay.

The property was well located. Spacious, clean and functional for an overnight stay in Edinburgh. Helpful information provided by host and we used the luggage facility at the bus station as suggested as we were attending a matinee at Edinburgh Playhouse. The Safari club pub 5 minutes away was great for a last drink and shops open nearby for last minute purchase before bed.

I did find it a bit noisy throughout the night with traffic and people coming home but that’s to be expected in a large vibrant city.

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft, hat alles was es braucht.

Die Dusche hat keine Nasszelle, es wird beim Duschen der gesamte Durchgang bis zum WC nass und bleibt lange feucht.

Удобна локация, просторно и комфортно място. С удоволствие ще посетим отново.

Бяхме само за една нощ, но останахме много доволни. Добра локация, близо до центъра с много удобен транспорт за всички забележителности. Ключовете се вземат от кутия, което за нас беше страхотно, за да не се съобразяваме с час за настаняване. Кухнята е много добре оборудвана с всичко необходимо и за по-дълъг престой. Благодарим и за сладкия комплимент от домакините!

Нямаме забележки. Бихме се възползвали отново при следващо посещение на Единбург.
