Well located, close enough to main touristic attractions by tram or bus. And about half an hour walk from the Royal Mile. Closer walk (15m) to Calton Hill, which is a plus. There is a tesco express nearby which is very convenient.. Many restaurants around too. The host is very nice and welcoming, he met us in the apartment to hand over the keys, gave some great recommendations and showed really nice knowledge of the town.
Not much to say, it was a lovely stay. All I can think it's that the bigger room took longer than the rest of the apartment to heat up because the heater further from the bed. So the small room tends to get very hot while the big room is still heating up. Not too bad, tho.

Apartment was lovely spotlessly clean with small kitchen and living room. Tea and coffee was there had 2 bathrooms and a nice balcony. We wete about 15 min walk to prince's Street for all the attractions. Would definitely stay again
