We have just finished a full and complete renovation on this flat. It's right on Leith Walk and you can walk to Waverly station in 15 minutes. We're surrounded by shops and restaurants of all types that you can imagine. Old town is also about a 15 minute walk away. If you want to be in the centre of the city, but just a few minutes away from the nightlife and tourist attractions, this is the place to be.

The location was good for us easy to walk to and we have two young kids, the place was clean and tidy beds were comfortable.
The noise wasn’t an issue for us but ear plugs were provided the only negative would be there were only two bowls and for a family of four this didn’t work but was not the end of the world.
