We have just finished a full and complete renovation on this flat. It's right on Leith Walk and you can walk to Waverly station in 15 minutes. We're surrounded by shops and restaurants of all types that you can imagine. Old town is also about a 15 minute walk away. If you want to be in the centre of the city, but just a few minutes away from the nightlife and tourist attractions, this is the place to be.

What a fabulous apartment! It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Everything was also spotlessly clean, and the communication and instructions so informative and helpful. Very handy to get around with bus and tram stops directly outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the apartment exceeded expectations.

This spacious accommodation is a short walk from all the major highlights and well situated for access to public transportation. We enjoyed our stay and our host was very accommodating. One thing you might need to be prepared for is the noise as you will find yourself on a very busy (and at times loud) street - bring ear plugs, but outside of this minor inconvenience we fully enjoyed our stay.

It was a great spot to walk to Royal Mile, botanical gardens and many restaurants and pubs. There were alot of sirens throughout the day and evening, but with the windows closed they weren't too bad.
