Very nice location, central but quiet and cosy. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, both in the city centre and in the opposite direction if you're looking for something quieter. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Quick and easy communication with staff through the Booking app. Simple check-in and check-out process.
The room itself is a little bit dated, with an old carpet and aged furniture, but that is quite common in much of the UK. Light-proofing at night might not be sufficient for lighter sleepers, as the curtains did not keep all light out.
