Good place to stay, just don’t expect perfect

Roomy, comfortable and warm

The key box outside was awkward to get into, the towels were quite thin and bath towels not sheets so seemed small, the holder in the shower was hanging off as stuck on with suction cups, one of which wouldn’t stick and all ledges needed a dusting

Separate bathroom, but functional enough

Its in a buzzy area with lots of students and an extraordinary number of world restaurants. Good heating.

Room 2 does have a separate bathroom, you have to go out and pass the communal dining room. It feels like a former student digs converted into an AirBnB. Everything in Edinburgh is massively overpriced and this place isn't ridiculous, its just following the market.

A quiet room in a Georgian townhouse situated at walking distance from the city centre

The place was ideally situated, you could walk to the center of the city in only 20 minutes or so - or take the bus and be there in 10 minutes. Lots of great places to eat in the neighbourhood, too! I especially recommend The Treehouse Café for breakfast and Bread Meats Bread for dinner! But despite the proximity to the city centre and restaurants, we could enjoy the quiet at night.

We had a private bathroom, which is great, but it was located at the end of the hall and you could only close it on the inside. Therefore, we felt a little uncomfortable to leave our things inside, or even to use it in the morning while we were still dressed in our pyjamas!

A comfortable, centrally-located property with very supportive property managers who help make your stay enjoyable and s

Customer service from the property managers was fabulous! They were very supportive in helping us recover our lost luggage from the airline and even drove us to the airport to pick it up. The building is centrally located and accessible to major attractions. The two units we occupied on two occasions during our Scottish visit were clean and well-provided with linens, towels and essentials like coffee, tea, soap and shampoo. While the rooms reflect the age of the building, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have been updated and are very comfortable to use.

It is an older building, which is evident, but the rooms are comfortable and clean and well managed. The room price (converted to Canadian currency) brought a little sticker shock, but we believe it accurately reflects the current market conditions in Edinburgh for this time of year.

Abbiamo passato 4 giorni intensi e bellissimi.

Silenzioso, spazi grandi e vivibili anche se suddiviso in più stanze. Molto vicino ai posti da visitare e a locali di ristorazione.

Per migliorare la colazione si potrebbe inserire una piccola macchinetta del caffè e the al posto del bollitore. Per le persone alte , i letti sono piccoli , essendoci spazio si potrebbero allargare. Per migliorare la luce all'interno della camera potrebbe utilizzare le lampade senza filo.

Cómoda y calentita

La habitación era cómoda y tranquila, que al final es lo que buscábamos, ya que solo íbamos a dormir. La ubicación estaba bien, a 15 minutos del Castillo de Edimburgo en linea recta, así que genial. El personal, aunque no había recepción física, nos atendió con amabilidad y rapidez.

No conseguimos hacer funcionar la ducha de ningún modo, no sabemos si estaba estropeada

Les échanges avec le personnel était excellent, très gentil ! La chambre était superbe, bon emplacement, très propre. Le plus c’est la cuisine partagé ainsi que le petit salon dans la chambre qui est très agréable.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sehr geräumiges Zimmer, Wasserkocher und Haartrockner auf dem Zimmer, Trinkwasser kostenlos bereitgestellt, Bett sehr bequem, Sauberkeit top.

Ein zwei mehr Steckdosen wären hilfreich, vor allem im Bereich des Spiegels und des Betts.

No tiene baño privado

El papel higiénico era del bueno. Y la ubicación por supuesto

Reservamos esta habitación porque supuestamente tenía baño privado. Era mentira, fue baño compartido y encima sin limpiar. Otra cosa absurda es que la contraseña del wifi la tuve que pedir al anfitrión a través de internet.... ¿Qué pasa si no hubiera tenido acceso? ¿No es más cómodo dejar un papel con los datos?

Rent lejlighed tæt på centrum og med mange gode spise steder i området.

Meget venlig host , rigtig god kommunikation, svaret indenfor max. et par timer. Vi havde værelset med eget badeværelse, Sengen var meget behagelig at sove i. Hosten kontakte mig efter vi flyttede ud fordi jeg glemte blusen. Hun kørte forbi for at aflevere den. Det var meget sød af hende. Lejligheden ligger rigtig god, mange spisersteder og supermarked i nærheden. tæt på centrum.

O anfitrião respondia com rapidez e nós ajudou quando precisamos. Quarto bem amplo, arejado e boa iluminação natural. Banho gostoso e cama boa. Vista da janela ampla com a torre de uma igreja e verde. A mini cozinha + mesa e cadeiras no quarto nos facilitou bastante. Tínhamos tb a disposição uma sala/cozinha no térreo com vários eletrodomésticos: micro-ondas, airfryer, talheres... A localização era boa, mas fora do centro. Pertinho do The Meadow.

A noite tinha um zumbido que ligava e desligava. De alguma máquina, mas não sei do que era.
