It was a great location - one bus ride from the Royal Mile in an area filled with great food options and even a theater or two. Hosts were very nice and communicative thru out the entire stay. It was a very simple but cozy spot and we had all we needed.
Hand soap would have been nice to have but luckily we found some to buy quickly and for cheap. Overall though the hosts were nice, we never saw anyone, we had some extra access to fridges and water bottles that was super helpful, and we enjoyed the quiet street so much!

Its in a buzzy area with lots of students and an extraordinary number of world restaurants. Good heating.
Room 2 does have a separate bathroom, you have to go out and pass the communal dining room. It feels like a former student digs converted into an AirBnB. Everything in Edinburgh is massively overpriced and this place isn't ridiculous, its just following the market.
