The room was spacious and clean but backed onto a main road. The noise from cars and lorries (which made the room vibrate when they went past) made a peaceful nights sleep impossible. I’m sure some apartments don’t have this problem but unless you can guarantee a room away from the road I would avoid staying here

It was a nice place to stay. Nice to have a kitchen and sitting space separate from the bedroom/bathroom area. It has a lift for heavy luggage as well.

Washer dryer was very confusing to use, even with the instructions given by the property. The video provided said a certain setting would dry but instead washed the clothes again. Despite trying multiple times, the machine would not dry clothes.

Amazing stay for the value, full apartment complete with washer and driers. A little far from center city but walkable for sure. Friendly staff and very safe area, also quite at night!

The room was great and very clean. I had to take away a star due to a rude staff interaction toward the end of our stay. We decided to pay for late check out so we could leave at 1 instead of 11. At 11:35 a female staff member practically barged into our room stating we were 35 min past check out. We told her we paid for late check out, she then proceeded to ask when? As if we were lying. She could have gone about that in a different way. Then ours keys stopped working before 1pm anyway. Needless to say we left earlier than late check out. She was nice enough to refund us that money, not sure if that was because she felt bad or not. We would stay here again because it was very convenient to the bus and had lots of things around it. Parking was easy as well. Just for future times please be kind and make sure when asking you don’t come off accusatory. Also, the amenities were great and it was easy enough to cook in but the pans in our room were not great. The eggs I cooked for my family went from fried to scrambled because they stuck to the pan so badly even with using a lot of butter.

Friendly staff, well equipped apartment except lounge seating only for 3 people. 5 min walk to haymarket tram very useful. 2 Tesco express stores within 5 min walk. 20 min walk to university and shopping area. Apartment wasn’t ready on time which was a shame.

Lovely apartment, needed to use washing machine/dryer & parking on site was useful. We stayed on ground floor that was also the entry to reception so was noisy with people using the same entrance in front of our door at night. As well as bedroom being on the footpath we had people stop in front of our window smoking & talking for awhile whilst we trying to sleep. Lucky we could move to the 2nd bedroom away from the footpath. A very nice place, very clean & staff were nice. Just suggest not staying on the ground floor.

The property was clean. Our unit was next to the lobby and the front bedroom was so incredibly loud. Comfy bed and nice accomodation otherwise. Disappointing that after communicating a week ahead that there was a tragic death and only 2 of us could actually come rather than 5, they wouldn’t budge on a refund so it was way more space than what we needed.

I found some used tissues under my bed - but overall - the apartment was clean when we 'moved in.' The front desk staff - especially Jess - were very helpful!!

The team that checked us in were wonderful amd very helpful. Unfortunately, the member of staff who was around on Saturday was not very helpful and a bit rude. When we notted that our rubbish hadnt been removed, and we needed new ttowels and coffee pods, she became aggressive and indicated that servicing only occured every 7 days. However the information in the room indicated that we could get fresh towels as required. A good stay that was tarnished by a rude employee.

Lovely staff and efficient check-in. The walk 200m or so down the road to another building was unexpected, though fine for us (maybe not if it was raining or if we had any mobility issues). Our room was on street level and felt like we were essentially on the street - very noisy when people walked past.
