    Enjoyed quiet nights every night being a few blocks from the busy bar areas. Room is very large. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Great place and great price compared to others in town.

    Book this hotel last minute and was skeptical. However, I was utterly surprised at how nice the hotel is. The location is set away from the busy area. It’s about to 10-20 mins walk to Old Town. It was also near shopping and restaurants. I loved walking as it gave us the opportunity to see things. I am so happy we did not stay in Old Town. It’s overwhelming crowded, noisy and busy. The only issue we had was the shower did not work. But this was addressed immediately by the a staff member name Lyndsey. She went above and beyond to fix the issue and also made an adjustment to our accommodation. I highly recommend this hotel to singles, couples and families. Kudos to Lyndsey. She’s what genuine customer service is all about.

    Agoda asked when we booked if we wanted a double bed or twin beds. We asked for twins. Upon arrival, we found a double bed, and the staff told us that they didn’t have any rooms with twin beds. Also, no one sent us the code to get in the front door, so we had to stand outside with our luggage until someone walked out the door.
