    I had booked this hotel based on some reviews only but I had faced some issues as described below: 1- I requested 4 separate beds but I found 2 beds + 1 king bed when I arrived at this hotel. 2- I called their phone number and found it closed 9 PM. 3- I called a phone number written on the door and a girl answered and she told me that she doesn’t work in this hotel. she helps customers for check in instructions only. 4- the big issue is when my friends were sleeping (2am), a stranger man opened the secondary room window and tried to access the room to get into his room that was locked by his girlfriend as he was said (shouting). By force, we close the window and kick him out. 5- the connected door in our apartment wasn’t locked to other apartment. When I asked the girl via phone for the key or someone to come to close the door, she said nobody available and cannot do anything. 6- I sent email for late check in and nobody replied. It was worst experience with this hotel.

    Bathroom was clean, but doors had dirty hand marks all over them, cupboards were dated and worn, AC didnt work, bed was rock solid. Never again. Parking is terrible and extortionate. Don't even think to park there unless you have a small car like a Fiat 500 you have to go into a horrible car lift which takes you underground and there's no room for maneuvering. And it cost over ***. There's cheaper options nearby.

    Agoda asked when we booked if we wanted a double bed or twin beds. We asked for twins. Upon arrival, we found a double bed, and the staff told us that they didn’t have any rooms with twin beds. Also, no one sent us the code to get in the front door, so we had to stand outside with our luggage until someone walked out the door.
