L'Alivu

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο, καθαρό, πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο ώστε να μαγειρέψεις και να φας στο σπίτι, ενώ παρείχε και αρκετά πράγματα για πρωινό για τις πρώτες ημέρες. Πολύ ωραία θέα από το παράθυρο. Πολύ εξυπηρετικός και ευγενικός ο ιδιοκτήτης μας βοήθησε σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

Δεν είχε μπαλκονάκι για να καθίσεις έξω ενώ στις φωτογραφίες φαινόταν ότι έχει.

Sehr sauber, netter Gastgeber Jean Louis, gemütlich, ruhig. 30 min zum Zentrum zu Fuß, zurück ein wenig sportlich da bergauf, gute Busanbindung

Hôte d'une extrème gentillesse. Accueil parfait! Logement vraiment idéal. Petit souci au niveau parking mais rapidement réglé avec la place de parking devant le garage privé de Jean Louis. Sinon, tout à été au top!

Petit bémol sur la baignoir? Avec une personne agée , la baignoire n'est pas adaptée. Cela reste un détail mais un edouche à l'italinne serait la bienvenure.

The villa provided 2 comfy bedrooms and a nice view from the living room over the Nice valley. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was polite and had some basic food products stocked for us in the fridge.

The location is not the best as it is either a 15 minutes taxi ride away from the city itself or a 1 hour bus ride including the waiting on the unprotected bus stop. Parking would be impossible, the bathroom did not had a shower, but only a short shower head and a bath tub. Despite being quite remote, there is still traffic on the street that you can easily hear while sleeping through the uninsulated window sills. From the pictures we were expecting a "whole place" with garden and sunbeds, but it turned out it is a basement floor without garden access within the house where the host lives.
