I would happily stay at this property again.

The location of this resort was great, about a 10/15 minute drive to any of the locations we wanted to go around Pigeon Forge. The duplex suites were very spacious! Having a full kitchen, king size beds, and multiple bathrooms were a plus! Having the fireplace was an added bonus since we were traveling during quite cold weather! The place was clean and my family felt safe while staying here.

The furniture was a bit outdated, the recliner could use a repair or replacement. In my opinion, the beds were quite hard. You might sleep okay if you are tired enough, I was able to take a nice nap on the couch. If the beds had been more comfortable I would have had a next to perfect stay.

Would not stay here again

The location

Upon arrival our key card did not work to enter the room. I contacted the office and the front desk said they would have to wait for maintenance. So we had a late check-in . Then over text we had a conversation which was less than accommodating. In the room itself the jet tub did not work and was missing one of the controls. The beds were hard. The extra sheet provided was stained. The couch and the chair appeared to be out of the 80s, weathered and worn.

Disappointed

No shower curtain in the 2nd bath, looked like black mold on wall above master shower, we got stuck in the elevator two times. Elevator in Building 3 went out twice and we were stuck in it for about 10 minutes. Went black, no lights. Called on emergency phone inside it and it rang and rang with no answer. Pushed the alarm… no one responded. It eventually came back on and we got out. I reported it to “ Ashley” at the front desk and she stated she would have maintenance check it out. The next day it happened again when we were leaving. I went down to office and personally reported it and she stated that she had “ left a sticky note for maintenance about the issue.” She had no clue if it had been addressed.

We would definitely stay here again; it was roomy, comfortable and the mountain view was lovely.

We were in town for the Jeep Invasion and decided we wanted a place off the strip. The location was great; it was very close to everything but also felt like it was miles away. There was a grocery store right at the traffic light to the road you take up to the resort; this was great because you could get whatever you need and avoid the traffic gridlock that happens during the Jeep Invasion.

The room was in need of updating and the bedroom window was cracked.

Nice place if you’re looking for a quiet place off the parkway.

It was quiet and the price was reasonable. The room was nice but I liked the one in building 2 we stayed in last year better.

The road getting to the resort was narrow and in the rain it was hard to tell if you were in you lane or not.

We were in one of the buildings yet to be remodeled so it was a bit dated but it will be wonderful when they are all complete.

We had a blast with great views and spacious living!

We loved the location to the Leconte Center! Easy to get where we needed. The updated rooms are beautiful! The staff was easy to get hold of and quick to respond with any need we had!

The pools were great but the hot tub at the outdoor pool was closed during our stay. They were actively fixing it but in turn also had to close the baby pool which we also utilized. There were other pool options, we just wanted to be with the other families in our group.

Good view overruled by impossible sleep conditions. Black bears loitering near office.

The view was good. Surrounded by trees and the sounds of birds.

The bedroom is directly next to the breezeway, meaning you get the pleasure of being woken up at 5:30am by either an inconsiderate room service crew or other classless beneficiaries of cheap credit. Taken together with the incredibly uncomfortable dipped out mattress, there is no sleep to be had in this place.

Commodes were way too low. No toilet risers. I had to go out and hunt/buy one for my husband. Also, shower was in the jacuzzi. We thought we were getting a room with regular tub with grab bars. My husband could not get in the very tall jacuzzi; therefore, he had to wash off instead of taking a shower.

$100 cheaper than a hotel with 2 full bathrooms and couldn't have asked for more.

The condo was clean, updated, and exceeded everything we expected. Kitchen was stocked for cooking, full size appliances and soaps/towels/linens all provided. The pullout sofa was the most comfortable I've slept on.

The indoor pool was dated a bit but served us well and entertained the family. The indoor jacuzzi was hot and very refreshing. Everything was clean and well cared for.

Clean updated resort with friendly staff that is close to all attractions in the area.

Location of the resort was close to all attractions without feeling congested. Staff was great and was able to help us arrange/book outings throughout the stay.

While the pools were nice the surface in the pools were rough, all in our group ended up with cuts and scrapes on feet and hands. Several people at the pool (outside of our group) had similar experiences.
