Room was clean, coffee machine worked, beds comfy, TV worked etc

Bathroom smelled like it's never been cleaned. Hairs on the bathroom floor as soon as I went in. Outdated decor. The room felt like it was never cleaned even though I'm sure it is cleaned after every departure.

Okay for a short stay, price was reasonable.

Location was good and easy to reach. Walk to places to eat and the huge outlet mall a couple of blocks away.

The heating/ac unit constantly turns on and off every 50 to 60 seconds which kept me up most of the night. The breakfast was not great and the coffee was terrible.

Liked the property but wouldn’t stay here again because of shower.

The shower is a very small standard 3’ shower. I was not able to turn around easily nor could I redirect the water because the shower head didn’t move so it made extremely difficult to shower.

Uncomfortable.

The convenience to places we were going. The night front desk manager was very friendly. On Saturday he pulled a double shift and was still as upbeat and Friendly on Sunday morning as he was the night before. Breakfast was okay, other places we have stayed offered bacon and sausage. Grits would have been wonderful for us Southerns.🙂

When booking we asked for a room with the river veiw, and that wasn't what we got. Room was very small.. Beds were very Hard, even 12 yr old grandson complained that his bed was uncomfortable.

It was what we expected for the money.

The food was good and they were good about keeping it clean and replenished. The plumbing needs some work. Had to flush 2 or 3 times. Water faucets wouldn't turn completely off.

The breakfast was a disappointment, the eggs were watery, there were no tea bags for hot tea when I would check, had to wait for the creamer to be put out, only bananas for fruit, no regular size bagels only tiny ones, and no spray for the waffle maker!

The manager who worked in the evening was on top of things that went wrong right away. The place was very clean.

The lady who works in the morning at the breakfast bar isn’t very nice. Would let the trash overflow. Every morning that we had breakfast the trash was overflowing and she was always telling someone to read the signs. The waffle maker has one sign and the waffle maker has a totally different directions on it and it got me confused. She kept on telling me read the sign in a not nice tone..

The place to stay if you want unfriendly staff, slow elevators, and bed bug bites!

Great location close to everything and easily accessible.

The room was not clean. My husband woke up to places that looked like bed bug bites on his chest and belly. As I rolled the covers back I have a silver piece that looked like part of a charm bracelet I’m the sheets so I suspect the bedding wasn’t changed in between guests. The elevator took absolutely forever when trying to leave. We ended up having to leave the luggage cart by the elevator and carry everything while also trying to get our one year old down the stairs. The lady at check in was less than friendly. She seemed if checking me in was a bother, then I asked for extra wash cloths later in the evening when I asked for them she didn’t say anything but got up and just walked to the back to get them when she gave them to me I said thank you and wasnt even acknowledged. We used to frequent this place but based on this experience we won’t return!

Just ok for value

Needed a little variety. Why sausage everyday. Maybe bacon. We only went half the time because it was disappointing. No juice except apple. Maybe some fruit. Not just bananas.

Picked because cray value and was perfect for our long car ride.

Nice pool , close to food, used as a place to stay in long drive. Best breakfast as a hotel for be had in long time. I usually don’t pay a lot for took a so maybe not saying much. But biscuits and gravy were like restaurant quality

Will not stay again

The location

The beds were supposed to be two queen beds, they were smaller & HARD as a brick. The shower head sprayed in all different directions & the tub didn’t drain. The guy at the front desk was VERY rude. I have been coming to Pigeon Forge yearly since birth & this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

We’ll be back!

We’ve stayed here several times and will be staying again on our next PF visit. The rooms are clean and quiet. We always get a balcony room, my husband especially enjoys sitting out there. Breakfast is good and is included with the room rental.

If a deposit is to be charged, guests should be notified well in advance instead of at check-in.

Very bad experience.

The original room shower was extremely small and slippery. My wife fell and we spent hours at the hospital for xray and walking boot. They did move us after the incident. The elevator broke down on the 4th night and we had to walk to the 4th floor. Communication between night shift and day shift failed. I reported that night and was told to talk to first shift. They said they didn’t know anything about it.
