It's clean quiet and friendly
Parking is restricted and the room and bathroom was a little run down.

The Talbot is a lovely place to visit & stay. Situated right in the centre of Much Wenlock town the location is perfect. The staff are lovely, great atmosphere in the pub with a mix of locals and visitors, the food is amazing and we stayed in bedroom No2. Large room with everything that you could need and the extra large king size bed was amazing.

Room clean and cosy. Maybe more tea bags and milk.
Nothing not to like. Location wonderful. Spotless and comfortable

The breakfast was ok. It was in a building away from the kitchen so it arrived with tin foil on it.
The room looked pleasant enough to start and it had a good fan and the bed was comfortable. However, the sink in the bathroom was smashed. The shower was attached to the taps in the bath but you couldn’t use it because the ceiling was too low. Lastly the carpet could use a clean. Also we ate in the pub and my husband had fish which was literally tasteless.
