It was a great hotel

I found the room very cold reception were amazing in providing extra blankets - there was work going on within the hotel and I think this may have been the issue ! Would not stop be booking again

Room was clean and smelled good. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Me and wife having been staying here for the last 10 years when we visit Telford over the Christmas period, the hotel is very clean throughout and the staff are exceptionally helpful when needed I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and activities. Quick check-in, friendly receptionists, lovely breakfast.

Super clean, very central for shopping centre and good restaurants near by. There was space in car park that is shared with the hotel next door. Breakfast and coffee was good. Nice spacious room and good size bathroom

When checking in the receptionist wasn’t the most welcoming. Maybe just an off day for her, good amount of info given just seemed like she couldn’t be bothered checking us in

The young kady working in the restaurant area was very pleasant and helpful. However, the other staff seemed overworked and unable to handle our concerns. The room itself looked good on arrival and the bed was comfortable.

We only saw a few staff during our 2-night stay - the majority of whom seemed overworked. Problems with our room emerged on our 1st morning there. Having taken a shower, when reaching for a bath towel, it soon became clear that it could not be used, after opening it. (It appeared to contain the contents of someone's nose - apparently after being laundered.) After mentioning this at the Reception desk, we expected an apology and a replacement towel to be issued immediately - but nothing was provided before we left the hotel for the day. (The shower area itself also looked as though the floor tiling had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time.) The 2nd problem occurred, when my wife attempted to hang her coat up in the cupboard. When fitting it over the hanger, the pole on which the hangers were suspended fell down with a loud crash to the bottom of the cupboard. This was because no screws remained on the support on the right-hand side of the cupboard. On reporting this problem to the person on Reception, we were told that no-one was available to carry out any repairs until several days after we left. The 3rd issue arose, as we were leaving the room. The sun was shining in through the curtains - and it immediately highlighted the layer of dust that was situated over the whole of the top surface of the desk in the room,! Sadly, as a married couple in our late 70's, this 2-night stay (to enable us to visit friends and relatives in the local area), did not come up to any of our prior expectations.

For the price we paid we expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t meet the expectations the room was dusty and bathroom needed cleaning wich wasn’t acceptable for the price. Breakfast was poor,The room itself was small and dusty , but overall not good value for money.

A quick and friendly welcome at check-in. We were able to move room to the ground floor, which was very helpful. The room was as expected, clean and comfortable, with kettle, good supplies of tea and coffee. Breakfast was busy on the Saturday morning, as space is limited, but it was well managed, food replenished, and everything kept tidy. We were impressed at the range of food and drinks for the price of the room. All in all, ideal for a short stay.

Friendly staff, fantastic room, very comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. So nice to have a powerful shower and a room at the right temperature without fighting with the control panel. Ample parking on sight.

As a female, who frequently travels alone, or with ny son, I can't help.but feel that the lighting in the car park is inadequate. I'm used to wandering around in the dark, I live remotely, but the car park made me feel a little vulnerable.

This hotel is ideal for working at the Exhibition centre, the rooms are large, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has improved this year so we will book again.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location for Telford. The room was big with a lovely shower room and a decent hospitality tray. The breakfast was really good with quality produce and excellent scrambled eggs. Nice bar area and prices weren't ridiculous. We'll definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a great location to local amenities. The staff were very friendly & helpful. There is a holiday inn next door- you can book slots for a small charge to use their swimming pool/sauna etc. It was a nice average room for 1 night.

The furniture was bit dated & the TV was small & not a smart TV. Breakfast on Sunday was bit limited in variety compared to some hotels & the dining area was small & crowded. The rooms needed updating

Breakfast was excellent. Bed comfortable

Extractor fan did not work

There were not many hot breakfast options available. I missed my favourite (mushroom).
