Swan hotel & restaurant

We liked that the room was clean, and that we were forewarned about the refurbishments meaning our bathroom was not exclusively for us. Staff were friendly and courteous, and nothing was too much trouble.

The occupants of the room next door were playing loud music when we got there, so we surmised the walls are thin. Whilst we were out, the management went to tell them to keep the noise down, which they did, and it was switched off at a reasonable hour. There was not enough toilet roll available to accommodate everyone using the bathroom. There must have been two or even three people next door, as well as us, using the bathroom facilities.

Bed best nights sleep had in a long time. Food very good value more money nice to see proper napkins nice touch

Breakfast included in price none supplied asked for take away lunch none supplied. Door faulty could not open no light in bathroom. Mixer tap in shower either hot or cold not the best. Hotel has been refurbished needs finishing off
