Dawn prepared an exceptionally good breakfast, and was friendly and helpful.
It’s a characterful old house with steps up to the front and a flight of steep stairs to the rooms, so I’d advise against booking here if you have any mobility issues. I don’t, but navigating a heavy suitcase up there was quite a challenge ! I asked for and was kindly given assistance on check out. Some will love this place, others won’t.

It was convenient to coalbrookdale & to our friends who live in the village
Owners were friendly & welcoming Bathroom was great Room quite snug but nice & clean Could do with a mirror in the room
