The fact you offered gluten free meals and understood coeliac. Food was amazing and so were all the restaurant and reception staff.
Great sauna and steam room. Comfy bed. Great views from the hotel room. 10mins from international centre
Only thing was the Swimming pool was quite cold and needed to be warmer

Breakfast wasn't great... Ran out of eggs and didn't replace very quickly. Fruit juice was horrible, all sorts, machine made

Location
We could not access the restaurant during our stay due to it being booked out. We would not have booked if we knew this was the case. We are at a sports tournament for three days running and wanted to eat with the other parents in the restaurant in the evenings. The staff were excellent but the bar and restaurant were understaffed and stretched.
