kind of the perfect hotel

we really enjoyed everything. Brilliant hotel. We had a range of ages from 2 to well over 60. We all really liked it. The pool is so nice. Best changing rooms I have seen in a long time. Breakfast was fine. Lots of choices but usual eggs at a buffet. The rooms are sparking clean. Bed was so comfy.

Well maintained and convenient location.

The room was cold and we couldn’t get it to warm up. Not sure if the unit was faulty but I had it on 25 degrees Celsius and the room didn’t warm up. That being said, we still enjoyed our stay as always

Loud Christmas Party taking place; no warning on booking.com website Check in involved a lady coughing all over us. Room was refurbished to a high standard and on ground floor; it lacked some attention to details. Stale water left in kettle Dirty mugs Biscuits for 1 person only ( we were a couple) No where to place your bathroom bottles but on the floor of the walk in shower

It was an ideal location for the Town Park or the Town Centre. Staff were really friendly at check-in and throughout, and the hotel having being recently decorated was really pleasing.

The location was great; it's very close to town which is an easy walk away. Breakfast was very enjoyable and there was so much choice. All staff members we encountered were warm, friendly and professional.
