Speed up the check in process, cool down the heating but food and ambience were fab
Fabulous food, good service and lovely ambience
Check in was a bit slow given the online check in, luckily a young woman took over and showed us up to the room but it still took 15 minutes and wasn't the process suggested! Additionally, the room was so warm all night and we couldn't work out how to turn down the radiator from 21. The quilt was over heavy because of the heating.
