Excellent location for skiing with friendly staff
While the kitchen was small, it provided enough to make simple meals. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us find different destinations in town. The hotel has a "snack" in the afternoon that the apartment users can enjoy at no cost for food and just pay for drinks. There is a boot room and a ski room so you don't need to lug your gear to your room. The bonus is that the boot room has a peg wall that can warm and dry your boots overnight. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the local grocery store.
Warning! The breakfast is on the expensive side. We tended to eat in our apartment and just get coffee from downstairs. It wasn't too much of a problem but you need to separately request the sofa bed be made when you have only 4 people. They just assumed that 2 people would share each of the beds. I will say that this situation was quickly remedied by the staff. It's nothing that the hotel can fix but keep in mind that the slope to the lift from the hotel and the slope from the mountain to the hotel can be icy and bare spots appear in mid March. It wasn't a deal breaker just a word of caution.

It is not a boutique hotel. Nobody at the reception, restaurant closed, almost a ghost hotel. Clean fee to expensive (120 chf), wellness area subject to fee.

The apartments are nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful! They provided a cable car/transport card that gave access to local cable cars which was an awesome perk!
After 5 days and 4 people in a small apartment some cleaning service (just trash removal, a quick sweep, and some clean towels) would have been really nice. The pool was too chilly for our smallest child. A coffee pot ( or free access to coffee in the am) was also missed. We cooked a lot in the apartment since we were traveling with 2 small children and the kitchen supplies are pretty bare minimum.
