Very Noisy Room, Broken Window, and No Help from Staff

Nothing I liked

Extremely noisy room facing the street/highway, with a window that couldn’t close due to missing handle. Staff was not helpful said the hotel was fully booked and offered no help. We had no sleep at all. This ruined our special anniversary trip from London. Very disappointing — would not recommend.

Not as expected.

The breakfast was sufficient, and we'll organized.

Most of the staff were pleasant. However, some refused to speak English, even though they could undeestand. The rooms were not as good as we expected. We booked 3 rooms, and our window was bolted shut, meaning we had no air flow. The other two rooms had varying types of openable windows. We did ask for a fan and eventually had to source one from another room we booked. The cleaning was never at a consistent time, like during breakfast, etc. All times of the day, whether you were present or not. It wasn't a bad stay, just not what we expected. 10-minute walk from shops/ restaurants.

Never ever again this has made me think twice before going to paris again

Nothing this place is unbelievable would never recommend anyone stay here

The room was suppose to have 2x single beds 1 double and a pull out this was not the case we had 4x singles an a pull out there was so much noise we could not sleep the kids would not sleep as people shouting an laughing till early hours no-one could help with parking the gates would not open had to go to reception 3 times finally got a code for gates 45 mins later there was people hanging out side smoking drugs it look like the slums

The room was not nice, moldy bathroom. Smelled like mold to. Photos on booking.com did not represent the room we had. Staff on arrival did seem very serviceminded

OK, if you don’t mind teenagers and hot rooms

Well priced, clean room, comfortable beds. Personnel was kind and multilingual.

Obviously preferred destination for bus travellers, especially school trips. So you have to live with obnoxious teenagers. We were on the 5th floor during mid July and the room was sweltering hot the whole day and night. No airing possible and no air con, just a small and pretty weak fan.

The hotel was in need of a major renovation. Paint was peeling. Holes in the plaster. Shower worn out and falling apart. No plug in the basin. A power socket was falling from the wall in the corridor.

Short and sweet but mouldy

Nicely decorated and easy to get to on the metro, room was cleaned.

We didn’t realise til with left but there was mould on the windows and was wandering why we had trouble breathing and woke up feeling funny. Asked for more pillows for the room twice as we only had 1 tiny one each but never received them from the night staff.

Okay but would rather have stayed in a premier inn

- clean room - easy access to metro and tram - smart TV - late checkout time

- no AC so room was 30°c - tap water smelled funny so undrinkable- needed a fridge for bottled water - shower temp kept changing - staff weren't approachable. Quite rude and abrupt. - no kettle or coffee tray - WiFi was a struggle, couldn't connect. - price was too high for lack of basics.

The location was OK... 5-10 mins to Bus/Metro. It was quite clean, but it can be improved... Queen-size bed. The breakfast was simple but nice.

Breakfast: They can add some veggies/fruit. Stuff: Some of the stuff we're very polite and happy to welcome you, but some are definitely NOT! They should learn how to be polite... Bathroom: Very small shower but still OK, dirty toilet seat. Bedroom: Would have been nicer to have king-size bed. TV wasn't working. Parking: The parking was 30 euros a day (they should make it lower, since all the hotels nearby offer parking 10-15e and btw it is still quite far from the city center).

The Lounge area was pleasant and inviting.

There was no airconditioneing and no fan in the room and IT WAS TERRIBLY HOT ! THis is not mentioned anywhere in your media announcements. You definately need to be prepared for the summer season, too; considering that that is the peak travel season.

Superb

The staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂. Mbouyo I think the name of the receptionist was excellent. She arranged our pickup for our departure and help our aged friends settle in their rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy.

The rooms are hot because no air-conditioning in the facility. We were given fans for every room. We can open the window in the room to get fresh air bit it gets too noisy if you leave them open.

It doesn't say anywhere on the reservation that I have to make a parking reservation when I arrived at the location they spoke very arrogantly to me Staff behaviour was execrable When I said that I didn't make my parking reservation because I didn't know, I was told "but what do you think we have room for everyone" Yes, normally most hotels do or at least specify somewhere that you have to make a reservation.
