Nice view with a small room with some inconvenient things

Quite a nice view from 11th floor. Nice bathroom and some TV programmes. We got new towels every day.

Quite far away from the city centre (like 40-50 mins from city centre), there was no way to receive fresh air (the windows could not be opened, only to run the ventilation), quite a small room. No smart TV.

Clean but cramped

Very good location ,clean and good value for money.

There was not a single wardrobe in the room. The space was basically just two beds and a bathroom. It was uncomfortable staying for a full week with nowhere to unpack, so we had to keep our clothes in the suitcase the whole time.

Very slow check-in, only 1 person when we were tens waiting to be check-in. They don’t take contact less and offer no alternatives. The room smelled sewage

Good hotel. Room ideal for short break away if you just want a bolt hole.

Clean and tidy. Slightly confusing as 2 hotels merge into each other at several points but both clean. Breakfast option was very good and relaxing

Had to use room card to access lifts and toilets. Only given 1 card so you are limited. Very basic room. No kettle, safe or mini fridge in room.

Pretty good for a budget stay

The room is ok. Bed is comfortable enough. Hot water. We didn’t try breakfast. Two metro stations nearby- line 1 a 15-min walk and going to all the central sights. And line 9 a 5-min walk.

Sowers definitely need a renovation- very moldy and creepy looking. The location at night is very scary with drunks everywhere. No good shops nearby. The elevator took ages to wait for!!!

The lift from the car park was broken, the staff didn’t seem to be aware of this, we had a lady in a wheel chair, we had to walk three flights of stairs that had been urinated down, eventually we worked out a way to the rooms via the shopping centre, up three sets of steep escalators, it took us and hour before we got to the rooms, the disabled room had a double bed in which was unsuitable for the two guests, so we had to swop rooms, no tv pod in one room, the staff were very unhelpful in helping us, we had to exit the hotel via the hotel next door as no ramp for a wheel chair, this all could have been avoided if told before our stay and we could have made alternative accommodation

Basic small room and facilitys. Fairly comfortable stay and staff were very welcoming. Nice and clean, beds made and fresh towels daily.

Room was quite stuffy and warm. Even with a/c on it was very warm. Bedding made you wake up during the night in dampness due to heat/materials of the bedding. Area where the hotel is located didn't seem very nice.

Very poor

It was completely bad experience for me. Small, old and dirty room. The hotel doesn't deserve the money for the total package that they offer to the guests. It is too expensive for this awful experience. And also they take extra cost for the car park. I will not stay there anymore and I will also tell my friends not to stay .
