I am not going to tell lies. I am going to be honest. A. I booked my hotel room, which I paid for, to have a toilet as well as a shower room included. But after arriving at the reception, I was denied my rights by the staff as well as the manager. B. Despite not having my room for which I paid for, I was proposed to move with two days to a room that should have the missing facilities above stated. I was a little bit happy. But on the second day when I asked for my move, I was once again denied and forced to remain in the same room. C. The hotel facilities, such as the toilet, were always wet on the floor and on the toilet itself. No hand-washing facilities inside the toilet. I have to use a toilet tissue to dry the toilet, but not the floor. The floor was every time like a rained. D. Customer services at the hotel's reception, on my arrival, there was one very arrogant, impolite, speaking with no manners. Disrespectful. He refused to write my title, Reverend, despite having in his hands my British Passport, which had my title printed on it. E. Health and safety have no place. Despite having the hotel equipped with CCTV, during my stay, there were two luggage left unattended in the lift, which could have caused all the hotel residents to be evacuated. It would have been one of the highest alerts to bless our French Police with. F. Staff are not competent, and the most on them is the manager and one receptionist. Please do not get motivated to go stay there. It is not safe.

For the price it wasn't terrible, but they hide the fact that it's a shared bathroom situation deep in the description rather than making it foremost in the title like other places.. We didn't expect shared bathroom at time of booking. Moreover, the showers are unpleasant to use due to non-articulating shower heads and tempremental temperature control either scalding you or freezing you. Not all bad though, they let us borrow their vacuum cleaner to pack some clothes. And Location is ok. 3 stars overall

Hotel F1 was a perfect place for my stay in Paris. It is just literally outside of Paris, which means you’re away from the insane tourist crowds (and prices) of places like the Eiffel tower, Louvre, and what have you, but all those places are a quick and cheap metro ride away. The location instead is in a more “real” (if you will) part of Paris, where local life and atmosphere can be observed more authentically. You are close to wonderful neighborhoods, cuisine, and people that are off the beaten path for a stereotypical tourist visiting the city of light. The hotel itself was perfect for what it is: a straightforward crash pad that allows you to see the city for cheap. The front desk people were SUPER kind and helpful. The room was very small and bare bones, but it was quiet, comfortable, and charmingly decorated. The bed was rather firm (maybe this is common in Europe?) but perfect for my liking. I would stay here again!

Around the area is not good … scary to walk…
