I stayed in room 12 and got the room I requested for (pictured with wood paneling). Came as expected with a private bathroom. No view as it looks to another side of the building. No air conditioning like many budget hotels. Staff were super friendly, no significant issues with cleanliness. Just remember to leave your key at the front desk when you leave. Great location just off of Belleville station so it was easy to access the Metro. Area was safe at night for a solo traveling female (I went from July 11 to 15). Happy with the price I paid, however, would highly recommend a hotel with AC during the summer.

Unbearable smell coming from the bathroom every time water is running or the toilet is used. Smell of cigarettes in the room. And no way to properly open none of the windows because the hotel is currently a construction site, with renovations on the facade, so no fresh air available. In addition to that, a lot of noise from the construction from early in the morning… horrible stay with unbearable conditions and not really suitable for a holiday…

When we went there ,at the reception told us to pay for three person the tourist taks. In my booking was taks and fee include. Wherever the hotel is not as beautiful as in the photos. The elevator was very small. In the room literally was only three beds. And the nobody change our towel for 5 days.the young guy at the reception help us with the taxi, very gentile and helpful. For the location was great,near metro e bus station,and little bars e market around.if you just wanna sleep in hotel hotel,and. Nothing else is ok,but for young people.
