A standard Ibis Budget, within walking distance of the subway and a good bakery. I used it as a base to go to Disneyland Paris, and it was good enough.
The neighbourhood doesn’t feel very safe. There were some shopping carts full of clothes right next to the hotel, and it looked like there were homeless people walking around the area. Despite that, I didn’t have any safety issues.
The furniture is very old, as is the lift, other Ibis hotels have much better furniture.

Only the location because its near to metro station
The room had no amenities, there was not enough light in the room, the room was cold and the heater would not turn on.
You have to pay a deposit for the hair dryer.😅

Misleading photos. Very bad experience.
The hotel does not show the real conditions on Booking. The rooms are extremely small, and the photos are clearly misleading. In reality, the sink is next to the bed, the toilet is tiny, like on a train, and there is almost no space at all.
Check-in on December 24 at 2:00 PM: very rude staff. The receptionist was talking on the phone with a headset while checking me in, showing no respect for the guest.
Dirty room and unpleasant smell.
At breakfast, on December 25, 2025, at 8:40 AM, there were no plates and I waited 20 minutes before any staff member paid attention to me.
I do not recommend this hotel. The photos do not reflect reality at all.

It is located in a nice neighborhood, felt safe at night also close to the metro station! (6-7mins walk) but it is not close to tourist destinations. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean as well.
You have to have cash (starting from 10 euros) to deposit to be able to use some necessary items like hair dryer, which is not fair. We had only 5 euros but the staff were nice enough to accept it!

The location is convenient and the price is reasonable for Paris.
One day I came back to the room and found a cleaning cloth (magic cloth) left on the bed, on the sheets, which is absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic.
It made me question the overall cleanliness standards of the hotel.

We had to stay in a room which blood stains and bed bugs. When we reported to staff in reception and showed them out bites all over, they didn't seemed surprised and took no action. They asked me to send an e-mail and gave me a piece of paper
didn't even get breakfast as i was supposed to with the room i paid. not that i would want to eat there.

It was fine. OK value for the price.
Breakfast quite poor. I would appreciate some vegies.

Good value for money. Great location, close to Metro, easily to go around to see main highlights of Paris.
Ok, it is Ibis budget, but it could have plastic bags on buckets in the room or toilet. The buckets are the same. How they make sure they are clean? They would not go bankrupt from that, they can even put 1 euro up.

Great location for visiting Paris! Close to train station. Hotel had underground car parking which was very convenient.
Although clean, the hotel was extremely basic! If you simply need somewhere to sleep, it is fine. However the bathroom situation was so shocking.

We felt it wasn’t clean enough, so we decided not to use the items provided
The curtains were dirty, and the place didn’t look like it did in the pictures – it felt depressing. There was no toilet seat, and the entire space was just a converted shower room. The hallways smelled bad, and despite us putting up the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign, someone entered our room while we were away and left all the lights on. The shower often only had hot water, so we could barely use it.

Very good and cheap place. Explanation on the booking is very realistic, so you cannot expect big room with lot of amenities, but just what is written. That is why we were so satisfied with room, which was cleaned every day, with a fantastic mattreses and pillows (better than in many more expensive places we have been), and with good breakfest. Also, Metro station is near, and line 1 take you to all important places.
We would definitively recommended, because Paris is sooo expensive in every way, so here you can have all you need for nice stay.
we would like to have more possibilities to hang our things, for example on the wall just near the doors there is free space for it

The breakfast was good, but was not included in the price. But I’m glad they had the option of having breakfast at the hotel.
It felt extremely cheap and dirty. I’ve stayed with IBIS several times in many different countries and enjoyed my stay at all of them, but this one was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Just using the term ‘budget’ doesn’t give one a reason to be so terrible. The pictures on the website are extremely misleading. The toilet and shower were dirty and broken and there was a lot of dirt and dust in the small, tiny room we stayed in. The room was freezing too because the air conditioning was on even when it was <10C outside. There was no way of turning off the air conditioning and the hotel did not have spare duvets. Very disappointing stay.

The room was small but very cozy and has everything you need. Not much ambience but that is not something we expected from this hotel at all. We were very happy with the room and the staff were really friendly. The parking is also very affordable for Paris standards. It is about a 200m walk from the hotel, which may be an issue for some but for us this was perfect. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and on several bus routes, so getting around is really easy and we never felt unsafe in the direct surroundings of the hotel. Especially at this price, difficult to beat for Paris center!
A bit more ambience could be nice, and some of the light switches in our room didn't work as expected. Please note this is a very minor complaint, as we really felt this hotel is great value.

A great location, a five minute walk to the 1 metro line. The staff were friendly.
The room was very small and you had to squeeze by the beds to walk through the room. The toilet was on its own and the sink was the far side of the room so you had to climb over the beds or squeeze by the ends of the beds to wash your hands. And then we only got two bath towels and no hand towel so you had to use your towel and a hand towel also. Similarly the shower was in its own little room, however the handle was a hole in the door so anyone could see in... Also both the shower and bathroom had no lock or even closing function so the doors were always a jar open, not comfortable when in a cramped room. I want to also point out we had the do not disturb sign on the door handle the entire stay as we were only there a short time however the cleaning staff came in and put fresh sheets on the table, as in our old sheets were still being used they just gave us an extra set I presume to change ourselves. I was not happy they came in as there is no safe and our valuables were out but nothing was missing so evidently a safe hotel. I would probably not stay here again, maybe only for one night if no other option.

Terrible beds. Room smell like urine. Toilets are a small capsule/pod inside the room. Sink is in the main room. Beds are terrible, and possible bed bugs according to other guests

Proximity to metro lines and tram. Felt safe as a family with a teen walking back from metro after midnight. Amazing boulangeries right beside Metro line 1 Sainte Mandé station.
Very tight quarters for 3. Took much longer than normal to do anything bc no space. Give enough towels for the # of people in the room + a bath mat. Water went everywhere bc the shower door handle is a hole lol.

The Hotel is easily reached by the metro, only a few stops to the city center. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. It provides all the basic needs for travelers. It is relatively quiet despite that one night I heard music from the outside until late at night but so far the noise level was acceptable.
The hotel only has a ventilation system but without air conditioners. And the ventilation system was relatively weak, it could feel stuffy in the room. On top of that, It was quite warm in the daytime during our stay and we could feel the room was still warm during the night, making sleeping uncomfortable.

We had stayed there before and were familiar with the neighborhood and the rooms. The staff is always kind and we feel at home there!
As in some of the rooms the lavatory is outside the bathroom, it should have soap there. To wash our hands we had to get soap from the shower. Ideally the lavatory should be next to the toilet but if not, please put soap next to it.

One night we had problems with noise from other guests who were drunk. We woke up around 2am to them laughing loudly, running in the hallway and messing with the doorknobs. There was no phone for us to call at reception. We were afraid to leave the room and go to reception to notify them, so we waited for the mess to pass before going back to sleep.

A very basic hotel that meets all the basic requirement for a low (for Paris) price.
It definitely isn't perfect, but it's value for money is very good.
The location is a 6 minute walk from the central metro line 1 so you can be in the city center within 30 minutes using only one mode of transport.
The sink, the toilet and the shower are separate places in the room, with the toilet and the shower being next to each other within a plastic cabin (similar to how it is in a cabin in a boat). This is good in the aspect that you can use one while the someone else uses the other and it's not so good in terms of privacy.
Only one towel for each person. Body wash in the shower. No hand-soap by the sink.
There was dust gathered on various appliances and corners, so I wouldn't rate the cleanliness very well.
The location around the hotel is a bit sketchy, with people living in their cars next to it, but didn't feel dangerous generally.

It was budget friendly
The toilets in the reception area where disgusting poo all up the wall one n sick all over the toilet in the other, which took almost 2 days for them to be clean, rooms had peeling walls and the buck bed had what looked like blood on the frame

Stayed in 2 x Ibis hotels (Geneva & Paris) very consistent
No Hairdryer in room and when we went to reception none available to rent! No temperature control in rooms!

Clean, friendly staff, convenient location close to bus, metro/underground stations, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and convenience storws,, with easy access to Paris Periferique road, safe underground parking.
Room had no aircon, and opening the window let too much noise in. Even in February room was too hot to keep the window closed.

Great value for what you pay. On the outskirts of Paris, 5 minute walk to the metro and then you’re within the centre in 20ish mins. The room was small as advertised but very clean and comfortable. Every staff member we spoke to was so lovely and helpful too!
Shower room was basic and do with an extra shelf
5.0 / 10.0
It was really clean, towels were changed every day.
The room was REALLY small and not convenient at all, there was no wardrobe. The toilet didn‘t even have a lid to be closed, there was no sink in the restroom to wash your hand after using the toilet. The sink in the room didn‘t even have soap, we washed our hand with shower gel.
Furthermore, the room doesn‘t have a wardrobe and the bunk bed at the top is really close to the ceiling so I wouldn‘t recommend it to anyone taller than me (I‘m 1,65m) because even I was struggling.
You couldn’t lock the bathroom, nor the restroom and there was no lamp at the ceiling to illuminate the whole room at once - you could only illuminate certain areas.
There is some nice bars and restaurants nearby, as well as several parks and even a playground. The metro station Saint-Mandé is only a few walking minutes away.
