So hot. Not realizing the whole building No AC installed. I have to check out 3 days prior my flight. I had to book another hotel which has AC available. I would not recommend this property on summer time. And yet, far away from the city center. Was too traffic and spend too much money for Uber

We arrived at the property and the doors are locked, the receptionist inside, we were told straight away the room clean is not included although the room description has room cleaning included in price, then as we enter from the hallways the place is right and very dirty. We entered the apartment with the door broken and the place is completely different to the advertised images. Everything you touch covered in grime. Pieces of wall fallen off near the bed and they never bothered to paint the wall when they changed the bed board. We barely managed to open the double bed for the kids and we soon realised we are feeling very unsafe in this location. Went downstairs after debating after an hour and let the new receptionist know that the place is dirty and clearly not as advertised as their photos. We took photos as evidence. We had to book another hotel immediately to replace this booking. The lady said they have other better rooms but they are fully booked but the room rate is non refundable even though I explained it doesn’t match their advertised photos. I am glad we left straight away as we felt increasingly unsafe in this location. Do not trust the photos. They were maybe taken 50 years ago. Today photos are nowhere near the reality

The property was not up to the standards regarding price and comfortably. Only by entering the room you could notice that it was not even close to the pictures they have online. It was dirty and ugly. The kitchen was falling apart, you could see how the sink was stabilized with 4 small pieces of brick in the edges. Now, the bathroom was horrible, it was dirty, the floor tiles were broken and the faucet was not proportionate to the size of the sink, so it was really uncomfortable to brush your teeth or wash your face. Also, each time you bathed, the water would splash all over the place, leaving the floor soaking wet. The windows of the property were dusty and had a lot of spider webs. The curtains looked like a piece of bed sheet hanging on the ceiling. The location of the property was far from downtown but it had a metro station nearby.

This was a horrible experience. The staff, INES, was very kind and very sweet. Everything else was horrible. They claimed to only clean once a week. They didn't do that. We had to go and tell them to clean after a week was up. They also didn't replenish our toiletries. We ran out of tissue and they told us we had to buy our own since we were there for so long. If anything because we were there so long it should have been automatic. The doors were broken and entry was hard. Staff was not available when needed. They weren't there during the night hours and because we were international we couldn't call on our cell phones and there were no phones on premise to call anyone. they had an emergency number but no phones to use to call that number. We had roaches in our room and the towels were only replaced once during our 13 day stay. This was a nightmare. And there were so many other problems it just doesn't make sense. They need to redo their whole concept or close shop. Also the pictures that were on the internet of the surrounding areas were all lies. There was another person who wouldn't even come in the hotel one night because there were 3 big rats in front of the doors. We saw rats every night. This place is a nightmare.

This hotel has a good location: there are restaurants, stores and parks nearby as well as Metro station in a walking distance. The rooms facing to the street have a lot of noise even at night from the street, disco and cafe across the street. No AC in the rooms. Small TV set. Wi-Fi is weak and the Internet is sketchy in the evenings. Kitchen is tiny but it has a small refrigerator, sink, electric stove, all basic plates and utensils to fix a dinner.

There was an extra charge to get clean towels. Front desk was opened from certain time to a certain time and whoever was in charge of breakfast didn’t speak any other lenguaje than French and was not even kind enough to wait for us to translate and try to communicate.

We chose this location to be close to my sister in St Mande who is right above the Metro line 1. We originally opted for Ibis next door but it was full. The location is ok very short walk to the metro and plenty of cafes and shops around. We had no idea of the term "Aparthotel" which means there is no hotel service, no cleaning your room, no changing your bedding neither replacing clean towels. For a couple visiting a few days it's not convenient at all. They have a mini kitchenette as their " selling feature " but obviously we did not need that we just needed a normal hotel with standard service, clean towels please ! Also their complimentary breakfast ( if you choose the option AND paid for, so not so complimentary!) Has very LIMITED variety and is only for 2 hours from 7am to 9am, but wait, if you arrive around 8am ( an hour into the breakfast timeframe) EVERYTHING IS GONE, EMPTY ! And they will NOT REPLENISH. The next day I came early to see what the breakfast is all about: it's sad and cheap they only put a couple of croissants and pieces of bread. Did not even allow me to bring my coffee upstairs.Very unpleasant. The nightly rate is not even cheap ! I'd stay away !

it is a very ok neighbourhood, really close to Metro Line 1 station Saint Mande, at one block away; very clean place, you have a kitchenette and everything was ok, it is just that reception hours are really few, so besides when we checked-in, we could not find anyone there if we happened to need something or to ask a question; first night there was no hot water, but later it came back. they offer you no soap to wash your hands with at the bathroom, so make sure you pack/buy a small one. also, there is no hair dryer, so make sure you get one with you. good matress and pillows, spacious fridge, good microwave; i think there is no air conditioning and when we wanted to let some air in, lots of mosquitos entered the room, so this could be improved; and a bit loud at night the street if you left the window open; there is a close Franprix (on the way to the subway-a bit more expensive) and an Auchan supermarket two blocks away (cheaper and bigger), you have restaurants and a hot dog and sandwich trailer in front of the hotel that is open till 12 AM. there is a pharmacy on the way to the metro; near the metro there is always a bus and taxi station; a fromagerie;very good free wi-fi connection; they have an elevator

Be careful. This is not a hotel, or really an aparthotel. It is a company with long term rooms to rent. You can get better for the money elsewhere. Room and bathroom not cleaned all week. Reception closed most of the time. Its very basic and primarily suited for students looking for long term rooms in Paris.

No housekeeping. We asked for a trash bag since no housekeeping to take out trash, was told we had to buy by ourselves. We were locked out of our room 2 nights in a row for whatever reason and had to call some out of country number for temporary key since no one there after 7pm. And this happens around midnight cause we were out touring every night. The hotel is actually located in a corner instead of being at the middle of the street. Also, self check is required by using one of the machines by the door. Be aware as well that the doors require number codes to open and they are not available from the machine. Nor the phone number available in the hotels.com reservation connect you with anyone that is available out of working hours. All of this if you arrive late and its reception is closed.

The stay overall was ok. However I arrived after 7 and the reception was not manned, we had our car and were insured that we would be able to park in the underground car park even though we were getting there after 7. I called the emergency number to ask how to get in to be told that they didnt know and I could park on the street until Monday. There was nowhere to park on the street and when I told them this they said sorry but we cant help. After wasting the 1st 90 mins of my holiday trying to resolve I decided in my desperate need to go to a rival hotel who provided me with parking within 2 mins. My friend also couldnt get in his room as the keycard did not work and this took 3 hours to resolve!! Not the best start to our holiday.
