Rooms are spacious with a kitchen so it’s good for longer stays since it is affordable . Bedroom is clean but the bathroom feels old and smells funky. About a five minute walk from the metro. Has 2 supermarkets nearby. No air conditioning. They have a fan in the closet. I was lucky I stayed in April. They have a laundry facility. 4 euros for each for washing and drying. The reception is also not 24/7.

We have two kids, so we booked one with two rooms, one of which containes a sofa bed. The apartment is dated, but includes everything you need, including TV and fan for every room, a small kitchen that comes with fridge, pans, knives and utensils. You can pay a deposit to get a hairdryer from the reception. One note is that try to arrive when the reception is open, better between 12-3pm, and not on a public holiday. We arrived on a public holiday and it took me quite some efforts to contact the emergency number, who speaks French only, to acquire the room card when the expess check-in machine wasn't working. I also used yespark app to book a secure underground parking spot 20 metres down the road, which is cheaper than what the apartment provides. Overall I'm very happy about my stay and would consider it again.

Neat rooms close to the metro. Very friendly staff. No AC though, but a ventilator is provided. Clean room and nice bed, bathroom was also clean. Shower is a bit small. For the price its really excellent

We Booked there for 4 days and 3 nights and even its hot in the Paris. They didnt open the centralized AC. We have a Electricfan with full of dust. I dont know if they dont the condition of the electricfan. Most of the time the shower water is weak and the control of hot and cold. Its almost hot even the water gauge set to cold. The foods from the breakfast buffet is just only a bread and ham. No eggs tomato or anything. Just bread, ham yogurt and little cheese and spreads.
