The gates were locked both nights we returned to the property, so you know it’s secure. Breakfast had a nice selection, but they don’t let you take even an apple out of the restaurant. But the place was clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay.

If you order car parking together with your stay do put 150 euro on top of the stated price. When arriving at hotel I was told that I would NOT get the parking I had ordered one week before and was left to street parking, 150 euro for 6 hours. The employee tried unsuccessfully to help and local manager, she had no intension to help and showed no costumer care competance neither to me nor to other costumers with problems with there stay. My recommendation: Find a new and better local manager and step-up administration. NB! Prepare yourself for cold douches caused by lack of hot water. Please do not reply my comments with a sorry-attitude.

What we liked: The staff was really helpful in going extra mile and answering any question and providing multiple options even on public transport-related questions. What we would like see to be improved: 1. There is no light outside the main door. We reached around 11 pm ( it was pitch dark ) and could not figure out where is main door was and how to call someone to open the main door. It took some time to find out a small button system before someone opened it. This was our first time to stay in France. 2. There is no towel bar or hook in the bathroom/toilet. We had to keep dry towels and clothes outside the bathroom/toilet while taking a shower. This was not convenient when other family members were staying in the same room. We traveled as 4 member family ( husband, wife, and two teenage daughters. Thanks

Staff was amazing and super helpful. They helped me for everything, from getting water from the vending machines to ordering a taxi. They were very nice persons. The room was clean and silent. However, a weird noise from the bathroom would disrupt the silence every 5 minutes, which was very annoying. I guess something was broken. I didn't mind because I had good old earplugs, and I am sure the staff would have helped me with that if I needed to. Everything else was really good! The rooms were basic but comfortable.

driving from the direction of northeast (A1 france north highway), this hotel location is very convenient. So it would also be of very short drive to the airport. Though it's said located in one of the worse district (20th), personally i did not find it particularly unsafe. Due to corona the breakfast was no much option, but it was ok. The room is big and clean. Only this hotel is fully fenced, so you need to ring the bell to get in even during the daytime.

the room was very basic with only a bed, a few shelves and a chair, but perfectly functional for my needs (a clean, safe and quiet place where to leave the luggage during the day, have a shower and enjoy a quiet sleep at night). Probably not the best place if you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, but if you are going to be outside exploring Paris most of the day it's an excellent choice. The room and private bathroom were spotless. There is a cafeteria-style breakfast included in the room price. It's less than a 10minutes walk from the nearest metro station and there is a tram stop even closer by, so it's easy to reach by public transit.

Functional, but very good. Nice breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet room. I’m lucky enough not to need to use a wheelchair but it seemed accessible to anyone who does. Service was friendly and efficient.

The Hotel looks like an old hospital despite this, nothing special. My toilet flush was broken and I had to fix it myself as no one at the reception was willing or able to help. I expected way more of the breakfast. It was OK, but nothing more. Everything one type of cheese, ham, rolls, marmelade. Some corn flakes, orange juice and horrible coffee. Thats it. Very basic but indeed better than in the rest of Paris

Unsafe area, no soap or shampoo provided, no beforehand awareness of the handicap shower / refurbished hospital. Two pillows and two towels for a triple room. Very in satisfied and had to book a different hotel room for our second night

Beds are uncomfortable cots not beds. There is no soap of any kind in the bathroom. No trash cans in the bathroom. The room was extremely hot and there is no wherein the room to adjust the temperature. We attempted to open the windowad the window actually started falling out. Did not feel safeat hotel at all. When we arrived to our hotel it was night time. The streets are very dark and we were locked out of the gates. They do have an intercom system but you cant see it in the dark.

一開始到飯店,老實說,根本看不太出來是一間飯店,標示非常不清楚.而且停車場也標示不清結果看到了一個好像可以停車的地下室,結果也沒標示如何上去到飯店把我們全家關在地下室許久,後來用爬牆的方式到了大廳,沒想到大廳的服務人員只有一位,而且動作很慢,英文聽不太懂有點溝通不良,花了很多時間才把我老婆小孩從地下停車場的閘門救出來.房間是還算乾淨床的軟硬適中,不過,電視竟然不能看.到艾菲爾鐵塔要25分鐘左右的車程,晚上回來所有出入口都被關閉進不去,要按電鈴跟大廳溝通後進去,結果一樓的停車位也沒了,停車位實在有夠少.早餐很弱不吃也罷.一個法國麵包,一個可頌,一碗牛奶,可以拿果汁,要再多拿麵包就不行了.雖然早上的大廳小姐很親切,不過這間飯店絕對不會再去了. It not so easy to recognize there is a hotel and not so much part for parking,We found a basement for parking of customer but it no more sign to show us how to go to the reception and we has been close in basement long time, finally, I had climb over wall to inform the reception service to open the gate for us but I spend so much time to explain to him becoz we have conversation issue... seem don't what i said, there is so far to go the Eiffel tower almost 25 min ,if you would like back too late the hotel's gate were close and you are not easy to found how to go inside. Finally, you don't need to waste money for breakfast , that suck....so. anyway , I never ever live this hotel again.

This was a scary place to get to in the night. You were locked in at midnight for the night. No one in and no one out. It felt like an old mental institution or a hostile. I was in a room for 6 people and I only booked a triple. So I dragged an extra twin bed and barricaded the door. The WiFi code was RIP. We thought that was a bad sign. We were ready at 7 am sharp to get the heck out of there when the gate open but grabbed a croissant from the breakfast first. They were quite tasty. The guy at the front desk was nice. We were so happy to get out of this place and Parisk alive!!

Enough room for a family of 5 to stay comfortably. Nice air conditioner and lovely breakfast. We couldn't figure out if this hotel was for paraolympic athletes. But it had an Olympic theme and most areas seemed handicap accessible.
