The aparthotel is one stop on the RER (line E from Magenta) from Gare du Nord which means that you can access a range of other Metro trains quickly and easily. There are also a number of buses that run right by the hotel which means that it is easy to use public transport and alight at a stop very close to the entrance. As a female solo traveller, I appreciated being able to use public transport which took me door to door almost. The local area felt safe and whenever I got back, even around midnight, the hotel reception was well lit and staffed by friendly and helpful staff members. There are two lifts, both of them in good working order, and I never had to wait very long for one to arrive. My room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the shower in the bathroom worked very well. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. My room faced the railway tracks but the curtains helped to keep noise at a minimum, as did keeping the windows closed. It wasn't the most glamorous view but I knew it wouldn't be when I booked and I didn't need a view anyway when I could be in the centre of Paris, and taking in all the views, within a short space of time. The mini kitchen (with hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, sink, and dishwasher) was perfect for my needs. A toaster would be a plus but the kitchen was fine without it. I personally would have liked some larger glasses for drinking water but it was fine using smaller glasses and refilling them. As it's an apartment, sheets are changed weekly and daily cleaning is down to you, with a fuller clean by staff taking place weekly. There is a laundry on site, should you need to wash clothes or wish to wash your sheets sooner. Moreover, I'm sure that if you required assistance with cleaning in some way, you could ask reception and they'd try to accommodate your request. The staff were polite and helpful without exception and it was a pleasure dealing with them. They did their best to understand my bad French and several of them spoke English so communication was very straightforward. There are several reasonably priced supermarkets and bakeries within walking distance. I didn't eat at any of the local restaurants but I saw that many of them get good reviews and I would certainly consider trying some if I were to stay here again in future. I would happily stay here again and also recommend the aparthotel to friends and family.

Simple but good value with a great location for easy train travel around Paris. Staff professional and accommodating.

Este es un clásico hotel de las B. Limpio, comodo con cocina con todos los elementos. Las contraseñas son: la zona es alejada y no hay casi nada en los alrededores, sí está bien conectada con el metro y a mitad de camino del centro con el aeropuerto CDG. Por.otro lado tuvimos inconvenientes con la llave de la habitación qué no funcionó por 1 dia y medio y tenían que subir a abrirnos los muchachos del staff. Y uno de los 2 ascensores no anduvo en los 3 días que me hospede. El resto todo bien.

It is directly next to the railway, so very noisy. The windows have to be opened while they did not switch on the air conditioning in summer. I was threatened to call police when I requested to change the room.
