Location was awesome, only a few stops away from the big sights and staff were so nice.

Hotel was closed for refurbishment but we were not informed of this and put in the hotel next to it. Our key cards therefore did not work in the lifts and we had to go back and forth on outside stairwells to use another lift and very often the doors were locked, no tea making facilities in the room, only thing in bathroom was soap and only slightly bigger than hand towels for after a shower! Room was very small and bathroom was tiny with hardly any room to turn around, possibly the worst hotel stay i have ever had
