I stayed here for 2 nights as a solo female traveler. I stayed in the private single bed room with shared toilets and shower. The host was very welcoming and showed me around everywhere before letting me settle in which I appreciated. The area isn’t so bad for me because I’m used to the suburbs back home, I felt safe and warm at night. Host will clean the room everyday with a fresh towel given everyday too. If you’re more high maintenance, it may be better to stay elsewhere :) But, I have no complaints!

Nothing, everything was perfect

The property was okay for the 2 nights stay, not a bad location, about 5 minutes walk to the metro station, one can easily get metro to different attractions venue. Supermarket is close by less than 5 minutes away from the property, different restaurants on the high street. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any queries.
The basement needs a bit of work but it’s not too much of a problem.

Exceptional quality for value, very well maintained and all commodities function to a high standard. The hosts are lovely people and clean everywhere top to bottom daily, the place is spotless and they’re super respectful. It’s in a great neighbourhood, close to the metro for all transport links, plenty of stores and bistros/café’ local.
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about at all🫶🏼

Very dirty ..the management moved my things , without my knowledge or consent, from my initial dirty room with dirty bathroom into an even dirtier room with à dirtier bathroom . Broke my sunglasses , but the owner paid me for them on the spot when he realised that I could speak up for myself ! No kitchen . Just a microwave and no sink for even washing a spoon , unless you decide to was in the bathroom sink which was very dirty . I will not take 2 hours to quickly sweep and mop the floors and to clean the showers and toilets .

Location was not bad. Beds were acceptable and the general amenities were generally clean. The property seems to be run entirely by one person that probably only speaks Korean, but he was attentive and friendly.
Next to zero privacy and security. If this matters to you, think twice. The “kitchen area” is a fridge and a table.

Good for travel the sightseeing spots, Metro M9 Robespierre straight going to Eiffel Tower and Tracedero (plattform for stay in front of Eiffel Tower) and many chances to M1 for passing Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, and close to Notre Dame.
If stay here, the chance of make all sightseeing spots in 1 Day.
Microwave and Hot Pot Cooker avaiable, but no dishes.
With a limited number of toilets, there might be potential for queues during peak times, especially if the hostel is fully booked.

Location was fine, close to a metro station. Perhaps a little unsafe at night for some travellers, depending on your preferences.
BED BUGS! Bed bugs attacked me in this hostel and ruined my trip. The owner refused to refund my stay afterwards.
In addition, I watched the owner slap the butt of another male guest, totally randomly, while he was laying on his bed. When I showed him my bed bug bites, the owner seemed to take that as an invitation to touch my bare skin repeatedly. I was too uncomfortable to say anything in the moment. Maybe the manager stroking my back and shoulders (all freshly bitten by bed bugs) was meant to be comforting, but after seeing him slap the butt of another guest, it felt deeply inappropriate.
I don't understand this behaviour at all. He was otherwise a nice guy, but between his non-consensual touching of guests and his treatment of me after I asked for a refund, I am so disappointed in this stay. AVOID.
The "kitchen" was just a storage room in the basement with a table and chairs. It had no appliances other than a fridge and microwave. The door to the shower room did not latch closed, nor lock.

Location was decent, close to the metro.
There were bed bugs. A WHOLE room - 8 beds was FULL of bed bugs. During my stay my WHOLE body got bitten by bed bugs. I am a model and actor, I lost jobs due to my body being fully eaten by bed bugs.

Kim is a friendly guy. Now, the door bell was in my room - weird. Someone rang the bell at around 8 pm, and i let Kim know that i'd like to change rooms because of the inconvenience. He said that it wouldn't happen again. I went along with that. Well, the next day at about 4 in the morning, the bell rang, and it kept ringing like there was a maniac at the door. I disable the bell myself. LOL Then enabled it back the next day i was leaving. Also, there was a problem with another occupant. She claimed that her laptop disappeared from her room. She had called the police but i don't know how things went from there.
The door bell in my room.

very pleasant owner, although he speaks very little English. decently placed about a 2 Minute walk from the Robespierre station where you can take the M9. there is a good takeaway chicken place down the street and actually quite a few restaurants around. i found my duvet and towel to be folded every day. big break room with a large table and couch + fridge where one can eat or relax. floors regularly cleaned. good value considering its paris! dont be intimidated by the area—-just keep moving and you‘ll be fine
the ladder to my bed was really loud while trying to climb. The lock to the women‘s toilets are broken. The walls are also pretty thin which wasn‘t a problem with me, but bothered some of my roommates. There is one shower and sink per room but only one toilet for women to my understanding. It could definitely be cleaner.
