Respect yourself and do not book in this hotel.

Very small rooms, small toilet and shower. If you are just a little fat, you cant take a shower. The whole area stinks. No fan in the toilet. Half pillows, old blankets. Even No soap. There is just one container of shampoo to use for everything. Half toilet roles. The Floor was broken and dirty. One mini fridge in the corridor for all the rooms. we had to take a bus to the nearest metro and it took one hour each time to get to the central. On the duration of our stay, they have been repairing the rooms and it was very noisy. They could just email us and inform us about it earlier, but have waited and then told us about the noises when It was too late to find another place to stay. Do not go there if you want to enjoy your trip.

Location was fine. Price was reasonable

Our child who had a medical condition wet the bed; we didn’t have time to explain the situation and apologize, so when the staff found the sheets they barged into our room and screamed at my friend. Her child and her were both in their underwear. They continuously came into the room, yelling at them and laughing. I tried to explain the situation to reception, they were not apologetic, offered no refund saying “we don’t cry for you.” I apologized that I understand the bed wetting is a problem, but barging into a guests room while they are changing and verbally abusing them is unacceptable. We did not feel safe here and had to leave early because of this. I would urge anyone to not stay here, the low price is not worth it

Quite ok for one night with little luggage. A 7 because of the price.

The service staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable for Paris.

We had large suitcases with us and had to go up to the second floor without an elevator, which wasn't ideal. There's no elevator in the property. The rooms are very small, with barely any room for clothes, meaning staying there for more than one night with all the luggage would be difficult. The bathroom is also very small. The outside gate is locked at night, so if you don't have a code for the door, you'll have to ring the bell at the entrance gate.

I’d like to share my disappointment with our stay at Premiere Classe Montreuil, booked via Booking.com for 3 people. The room was extremely small and not suitable for three guests. The bathroom was even worse — tiny, no space to move, and no shower box, so the whole bathroom got wet after every shower. Honestly, someone overweight wouldn’t even fit in there properly. In the morning, the receptionist named Ni (from Singapore) was very kind and spoke Portuguese, which helped. But at night, another man at the front desk was rude, unhelpful, and didn’t speak English or Portuguese, which made things really frustrating. Also, the location was a big letdown. We chose this hotel based on reviews saying it was close to the metro — but it’s actually a 17-minute walk. The area felt unsafe, with sketchy people around, and we didn’t feel comfortable walking there, especially at night. The hotel description on Booking.com is misleading. I hope this feedback helps you improve for future guests.

It is awful. It is like the old hospitals.

It didnt have anything to like

It was horrible, I really wanted to finish and scape from there. It was so dirty with humid smell all the time. All my cloths was wet there. So far from Paris. It is outside of Paris. More than 1 hour I travelled every dat to go to Paris.The staff had so bad behaviour. Even the bathroom doesnt have proper door.

The rooms were very small , bed bug/ cockroaches infestation . Bugs and insects were crawling on the beds and on the floor . Rooms were very dirty, smells cigarettes and marujuana .

When i book this hotel i provided my credit card information for guarantee, and before i got there, money was deducted from my card with the amount of 69 euro. When i got there i still had to pay full price, and the amount of 69 euro before was not refunded to my card, although I have contacted the property and theh said that they had unblocked the pre-authorisation. I kept on massaging the property for a month but they just didn't reply. This is a scam!!!!!

Perfect for traveling on budget

Cheap- we paid 102£ for family of 5. Close to public transport - in walking distance to metro line no.9 which lead near Eiffel tower. Breakfast option - for 6€ per person we added breakfast to our stay, we had unlimited hot and cold drinks, pastries and cereals Cheap parking - we paid 7€ for a day.

I have baby and i got 3floor with pushair. EVERY DAY MAKE DIFFICULT TO GET UP.On gates slabs broken and big gaps not good for pushair it's to hard get in.
