One very nice deluxe room. Don’t take the twin bed room— too tight for anything but a child.
Bagnolet. The surrounding neighborhood. I had some baggage stolen en route to getting an Uber pickup.

Even though it is not in the center, the location is very good since the metro station is across the street.
The apartment was clean and it had almost everything you needed.
It's a smaller apartment but compared to others it is a good choice.

The woman who runs the breakfast is simply marvellous! And their vending machine is marvellous!
Their clothes dryers could be a little hotter.

It was very nice and secure
The shower was always changing the temperature from extremely hot to very cold

Everything as expected.
The only thing that we were not informed about was that you have to pay a certain amount of money in advance in case of any damage to the apartment. Otherwise everything was as expected.

Perfect hotel to stay a few days in Paris without paying € 200,- for a tiny room within then périphérique. Great location opposite metro 3.

Clean and more spacious than typical Parisian hotels.
The neighborhood lacks any sort of Parisian charm. It took longer than expected to get to the centre of Paris, especially due to road closures.

Friendly helpful staff
Good location with transport link and restaurants nearby
No air conditioning

The bed and the pillows are super comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The room was quiet. The metro station is in front of the hotel, and there is a mall nearby too.
The fridge was extremely stinky, and we didn't get enough toilet papers for a week. When I asked for some at the reception, I had to beg to receive some, because they didn't believe we ran out.
When we booked, in the pictures, and also in the description, there were some entertainment facilities available e.g. gym, pool table, sofas, community room. Well, they were not available. In fact, I haven't even seen where they should have been located.
Concerning the location. It's true you can reach the city by metro easily, but if you want to do sightseeing, plan ahead with food and energy, because it is far enough not to go back for lunch and nap, then again to the city.

I was so happily suprised by this unassuming residence. The location is student apartments, which means that the location is super convenient to the Gallieni station and with good food options and a mall nearby. The staff, both after hours, weekdays and weekends are super helpful. Something went wrong in that booking dot com sent a cancellation for my booking and they still found me a room and were very helpful. The room was well appointed with a good kitchen, bathroom, cupboard and even a small balcony.
Would recommend and will stay again.

Good hotel, clean, nice staff, but poor English, location
The reception hours are a little short for a hotel

We stayed at Séjours & Affaires Paris Bagnolet for 3 nights from Friday to Monday, and it was a complete disaster. The reception staff were extremely rude, cold, and unhelpful from the very beginning. They showed no willingness to assist us with anything – even during check-in, when we asked for help with the parking, they were dismissive and uninterested.
But the worst part was that there was no hot water for two out of our three nights. Imagine being in a hotel and not being able to take a proper shower for most of your stay! It completely ruined our excitement and enjoyment of our trip to Paris.
When we raised this issue again during check-out, the staff simply said there was nothing they could do, without even an apology. Absolutely no sense of customer service or responsibility.
This place is poorly managed and clearly doesn’t care about guest satisfaction. Stay away – there are far better options in Paris!
Employees lacking empathy!
No hot water at all - missing hot water 2 out of our 3 nights.
No hair dryer! - you need to ask it from reception every time when you want to go for a shower.
Location is very far away from center - only M3 metro goes there.

The place was in a great location, right opposite to the metro and a supermarket store. The staff were polite, the kitchen was well equipped and overall we had a very comfortable stay.
One of the legs in one chair was broken.

Comfortable bed and the kitchenette was well equipped. The sun shade was really nice.
There was dust in some places, the pillows were too hard, constant sound coming from the air vents, no sponge to wash the dishes, no hanger in the hallway near the door, no hairdryer

Big, spacious, clean, new, with a lot of kitchen utensils.
No hairdryer.

Property is clean, very close to metro station, restorurans, bakery, shopping mall and markets.. 20min from city centre with M3 line. Stuff is very friendly and helpfully. Room have all you need for short stay like 3-7 days. I will back there definitlly!
Chack in is at 3:00 PM but most flights are early and I think they should move the check in to like 12 o clock, it would be much more accessible..
Dont have hair dryer

Very nice and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms with kitchenette with all you might need. Fitnes cardio room is available. Location just in front of metro line 3 makes it easy to go anywhere in Paris. Hypermarket, restaurants and shops within few mins walk.
For me the mattress was too hard, but this is personal preference so not a negative thing.

A great location, close to a Metro station, and a shopping centre.
Helpful Receptions staff who speak English.
A modern spacious room with cooking facilities
The room was very hot and needs airconditioning.
It was difficult to find the entrance to the facility due to poor signage.
6.0 / 10.0
The size of the room was good, and I appreciated having a kitchen and the ability to cook. Additionally, the location near Gallieni was convenient.
Definitely not good for a long stay (in my case, 10 days). My toilet paper ran out, and they told me I had to pay for more. Nobody came into my room to change towels or clean it. Cleaning was technically offered for stays of 7+ days, but it wasn't clear when they were supposed to clean or if I had to request it. As a result, nobody came, my room remained dirty and I had to deal with bugs. As a suggestion, please be more understanding and attentive to your customers, especially those who stay for an extended period. Provide frequent towel changes and toilet paper, and please clean the room without needing to be asked.

Good value for money. Very clean place with budget price. It includes a small kitchen which can be helpful when staying longer.
Nothing in particular.

The location is really awesome, the hotel is next to a giant supermarket and a metro/bus terminal station; with the metro you can reach the heart of Paris in 15 min. The kitchen was modern, and everything was clean and tidy. We even had a view of the Château of Vincennes from our window.

Location, but had an extremely bad experience while checking out !
Imagine that you have to leave your ID card before picking up an iron: YES ! So be careful, because the carelessness with which your ID is guarded is worthy of an incompetence contest, not to mention the ridiculousness of demanding an ID card from a hotel guest for a silly iron (never seen after traveling to +20 countries in +15 years!), and if you ask why you should leave an ID card, it's arrogance you'll get in the face!
I almost missed my flight because they'd mislaid my ID card, and I had to make a scene by shouting like a madman so that the gentleman who answered me as if I were an idiot (and who refused to give me the number of the manager, saying that it wouldn't change anything) could get serious with the help of a lady who'd understood the seriousness of this negligence.

Nice room, very kind staff and good location. Metro stop is really close, you can reach everything in max 30min.
Keep in mind, that the room is not too big, with several luggage it can be problem. If you have only backpacks/cabin luggage there wont be any issue.

Room was spotless and perfect for 1 person. Location was excellent, right across the street from the metro station (last stop on line 3)and a huge shopping centre/supermarket and next door to a restaurant and cafe. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
Just minor things- a lamp on the bedside lockers but no plug for it just a USB? And only one socket beside the bed. Luckily I had an adapter with 2 USB slots so I could charge my phone and have the lamp on, but if I hadn't had that it would have been annoying. No screen so I couldn't have the balcony door open (well I did have it open for a short time and got 4 mosquito bites on my face lol) You have to take out the rubbish and do your dishes before you leave which is fine as I'm happy to clean up after myself. My one issue is the idea that the guest before me cleaned the dishes... so I gave them a rinse before I used them. Also FYI no AC just a fan. It wasn't too hot when I visited thankfully.

Great location, staff very friendly. Price is reasonable.
The shower and toilet STINKS of mould due to poor ventilation. We were offered to have the cleaner coming over, but not to change the room. Also, the request from us was to clear the bins but no bin bags were provided. I had to constantly ask for the bags.

It was close to the metro which was convenient and was an affront price for how long we stayed.
We stayed for over 7 nights yet house keeping never came to clean up and give us new towels and toilet paper. When i told the gentleman at the front desk, he assured me they would be coming that day; however, they never did.

I liked everything.

Good location and clean.
No cleaning service for the entire stay; No supplies provided either, we had to buy toilet paper for instance on our own. Too hot and only a fan provided. No AC unit, no mosquito net on the window. Room too hot due to being on the 14th floor.
