The location was excellent for where we needed to go to the arena and close to local shops. Room was clean and tidy. Towels could be bigger so suggest you bring your own.

Every sound from the hallway ws clearly audible through the the external and internal doors, which impaired my resting. Space under the bed was not cleaned. Not what I expected, considering the price, which wasn't excessive but still not cheap.

This property is 45 minutes from CDG airport. The room was a bit small but did have a bar fridge, microwave, sink, kettle and plates/cutlery/glasses. The bathroom was a good size. Double sink, toilet and shower only. Liquid soap dispensers but no other toiletries provided. Two hand towels and two medium bath towels for the entire stay. The room was not cleaned our entire 4 day stay, but we managed as we just happen to bring our own towels and toiletries. No hairdryer but we brought our own. The staff is very friendly and polite and also spoke English. There is fair lighting around the building at night. You will need door code after 8 pm to enter the building for added security. Free WIFI included. They have restaurant that serves breakfast for an added fee, but we did not use it during our stay. There are plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores within 5 minute walk. Two shopping malls, Paris La Defense Arena and Metro/Train stations within 15 minute walk of this aparthotel. Easy to get around day or night and we felt the area was quite safe.

Bad smell between corridors, you can hear the talkings of other rooms and the WC flashes . Not a good experience , it is not recommended for Families, the photos are not reliable , the rooms are not the same

Very nice all over. Amazing price, train station is at walking distance, clean room and bathroom, mini kitchen available and friendly staff. (There was quite some noise on the streets in the morning so mind that if you’re a light sleeper) But we had an amazing stay!

I was there for 3 days and the room was never cleaned. Not sure if they didn't offer the service, but they never showed. It was the perfect room for a solo traveler simply looking for somewhere convenient to stay. The amenities in the room were nice. I loved having a stove and kettle in the room for making coffee w/ breakfast. No air conditioning in the room, and the giant windows which opened fully didn't have any way to screen the bugs. I had a few visitors while there. Thankfully the pigeons stayed outside. :)

The worst check-in experience ever with the rudest receptionist on the planet. Expect to have to pay a local tax, in addition to what turns out to be a huge percentage that Hotels.com takes. We stayed 7 nights and only after 6 nights did they clean the room - without refilling the toilet paper (ended up having to buy our own in a store). The rooms are ok - but nothing like the pictures. The kitchen is full of miniature ants, the water boiler didn't work, and there was no AC or fans so the room was rather boiling. Location is quite ok if you don't mind a 10 min-ish walk to La Defense to get to the metro etc. I wouldn't stay here again even if the price was ok.

Our phones died so we got lost on our way back from the train. The hotel is dark at night and in a residential neighborhood so it’s hard to find if you don’t know where you’re going. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

It's close to Grand Arc like the name suggests, perfect solution for vecation on the cheaper side. Metro, RER, trains are 10 minute away by foot, really handy for people that plan using public transport as main method of travel. The neighborhood offers small mini parks to relax and have some quiet time. Room itself was not super fancy, or clean. There were some coffe marks on the sheets, some dust next to the closet and some strange missing wall texture next to toilet.

I liked all attributes of this accomodation - the location close to La Defense and its metro station, the balcony (which unfortunately had not an excellent view on the skyscrapers of La Defense), the bed (very comfortable), the kitchen (well equipped), the bathroom, the private underground parking (which is not too narrow and not expensive) and especially the personnel (very polite, friendly and willing to help/support).

If you don't mind dated condition and not-five-star-cleanliness you will enjoy staying there.

I was very excited about staying here. Although some of the reviews were quite negative, perhaps naïveté made me think that I wouldn’t have as negative of an experience as I did. There were ants in my room from the day I checked in to the day I left. The day after I checked in, someone from housekeeping was sent up to inspect my room. The woman basically said that she didn’t see anything and that the room was clean. When an ant did come out, she flicked it and said she would report what she found. Nothing happened after that. And they were everywhere - on the countertop and walls of the kitchenette, on the countertop, walls, floor, and in the shower stall in the bathroom, and on the floor next to the closer. I swept and cleaned the room myself a number of times, but they always came back. One of the main selling points for me was the fact that the room does have a kitchenette, but because there were ants in the room I did not feel comfortable storing food in the room. The major saving grace of the hotel is that it is quite conveniently located, being equidistant (less than 15 minute walk) to both La Défense and Courbevoie stations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this apparthotel.

Close to shopping centre and metro with easy access to all the sights. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable but only cleaned once a week. Also has a laundry which you can use. I enjoyed my stay here.

My shower drain was clogged and the front desk told me to not take any shower. The hotel is also used for overseas student, one student showed a picture she took of whats under her bed to the front desk lady and she just ignored the student. Youve been warned. Stay away from this place! I spent over 4hrs of my vacation dealing with the poor service and for Expedia to move me to another nearby hotel. Dont make the same mistake as me and save your time and money. Find another hotel.
