Great location and having an apartment with a balcony over looking the park was great. TV was not great and very loose on wall. Shower kind of worked but not the best. Very comfortable bed and the apartment was in a good location.

Pretty decent I would stay there again , close to transit neighborhood seems safe restaurant close by and a nice walk path with a park just perfect to unwind from the city or for a early morning stroll or run! Staff was very helpful.

Some initial hiccups as our fridge didn't work and there was no hot water in our room. However the front desk staff was great and helped us switch rooms quickly. The new room was exactly what we needed - clean, comfortable and spacious. We only stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned while we were out for the day. Not sure if that was the norm or if we were just missed. It was not a big problem, but I did notice. Great location just outside of Paris, easy access to train station. Nice staff. Average, but satisfactory place to stay.

Vomit in elevator, stained dirty sheets and furniture, heat no working, bathroom not clean, floors dirty.

Price performance a bit too high, but obviously normal for France.

I didnt like the fact that the room was just not very clean. The hotel smelled in the hallways...and the cleaning crew did not come one day...

Air conditioning, parquet floors, comfortable bed, good shower, refrigerator, stove and microwave. All the essentials. Very happy with my stay. I will stay there again.

Short business trip - great option for businesses or leisure, clean, fairly comfortable and close from railway station or bus stations. Around, lots of restaurants, groceries shops etc...so overall very convenient location.

The hotel is very functional and certainly served its purpose for 3 days - the location was excellent with a supermarket and lots of restaurants right next door which helped a lot.

There was simply a plastic bag hanging on smoke detector, on the ceiling. The Boiler was inside the closet, and its door was broken. The bathtub didn't flow the water out properly. Everything was old and needed renovation. Entereing the room there was this strong fake smell of cleaning product, but clearly just to smell like it only. Who does that?

Room cleaning was an extra service charge which is not normal. Otherwise it was good.

the staff at this hotel was exceptional. we arrived in Paris and had the misfortune of having a pickpocket steal a wallet with cash and credit cards. The staff here was so helpful and went above and beyond. we were allowed to use the hotel phone for calling and getting our credit cards cancelled. We were even allowed into a room earlier than we expected the hotel itself was lovely.

This is a good hotel to stay and in a fantastic location. We had to travel to Gare la defense every day and the bus was like half-a-minute walk away. There is a department store right next door. The kitchen is very good and completely packed with utensils. Our kid doesnt eat outside food and we used the kitchen to the maximum. The day we checked in, I opened the ward-robe and the door covering the geyser fell on me. Looks like after servicing the Geyser, someone forgot to lock the thing in place. They got it fixed as soon as I bought it to their notice, nevertheless, you dont expect to start your vacation with a knock on your head !Other than that, it would be good if they empty the trash box once every 3-4 days or atleast when we bring it to their notice. Ours got filled up after 3-4 days and since we were out for the whole day, we couldnt sync with the house keeping guys. I ended up carrying the garbage sack and handing it over to the reception. We didnt get a replacement bag though and had to make-to-do with some plastic covers that we had. I had a full day available after we checked out and the hotel folks kept our baggage under lock for the rest of the day. I would say that this is a very good hotel to stay in and the service provided is fantastic. If you would like to stay in calm neighborhood then this is a good place to be.

In my view, provided furniture are bit old. There should be enough towels and room needs to be cleaned every two days.
