The rooms were very small, you cannot move properly inside the room, no space for luggage, no cabinets

Mostly private rooms. Front desk guy was competent.

Toilets were constantly self flushing and spilling water all over the floor. Not very cozy, kind of a prison or barracks ish feeling.

First impression which lasted throughout the stay is that staff is friendly and ready to help with any question, hotel and rooms are spotless clean - you could see the staff cleaning the corridors any time of the day, towels were changed daily, all in all perfect. This raises the rating to 8. In a walking distance to metro line 9, which takes you to the heart of the city. Bed itself was super comfy, but the rest of the room...

Although stated as double, our "cabrio" room was very small comparing to single rooms in other similar priced hotels. With 9sq.m including bathroom there is no closet, we had to "jump" over suitcases to get to bed, and the bathroom, shower cabin and sink are also very small and uncomfortable. I don't imagine how it would be accessible or usable for people with dissabilities... Definitely too small for 6 nights' stay.

It was a pleasant stay

Cleaning was pretty good especially in shared areas. The rooms were pretty clean as well. The hotel in general was cleaner than I thought it would be. Close to public transportation that runs often. #215 bus stops at 10 but you can walk four minutes to hotel.

The only problem is insufficient air conditining in the room. I imagine in the summer it will be too hot to stay in rooms. Lobby stays cool but not rooms. I complained three times before they changed me to a lower floor where it was a bit better. The neighborhood is neglect to say the least but no one bothers you. I'm traveling alone and had no concerns.

The staff was so helpful and friendly - the room was very nice, clean and quiet.

The area was a little scary. We were advised to Uber back to the apartment late at night which was very helpful.

It was very nice and has it shows on the website. For group of friends that likes to go on some adventure and just get to know the city, have some rest and eat out its good. Everything looked very clean, confortable and service was also very nice.

It is very easy to come and go taking the metro from that hotel. The area is not the prettiest but is ok. The staff was good, the room was ok for the price. And you have a supermarket near by.

Just the toilets were outside the room (which is ok because I bought it that way) but beacuse of the fush they were wet all the time and you have to clean it, which was kind of uncomfortable. And the bed was really hard to sleep on.

Great option for travellers on a budget

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite close to the metro, so transportation was convenient. Our room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. The hotel is great value for its price.

The room and the bathroom were really small. There wasn't enough storage space. So, I think this hotel is a great option for travelers on a budget who are planning to stay for a couple of days and don't require a lot of space.

Easy to get to, but behind a big sort of office building, I wouldn't want to walk there at night. Great beds, comfy room, clean.

All vending machines were card except the drink & snacks one, which was cash only and I had no cash.

The bathrooms were cleaned regularly but it left the floors very wet as well as the toilet seats. There was also nowhere to dry your hands at the communal sink outside the toilets. The breakfast was very simple. Overpriced for what was offered. There was not even a toaster to heat up croissants/bread.
