Breakfast was okay, but could’ve been better with more cooked food.

The outside of the hotel was very dirty. The streets were filthy and there were market stalls that were outside the lighting outside was very bad very dark could of been better if there was more outside street lights so it was more visible as the roads are really bad condition.

The road is was on was filthy and had litter everywhere, local flea market was so busy! Streets around the hotel had men hanging around at all times of the day.

It was a very comfortable room, the best bed ever 😌 😴 All amenities were good and useful, and coffee machine a microwave and very nice shower.

The breakfast was very poor, no varieties. Only bad omelette and croissants so if you plan to stay find a place to have a good breakfast.

Breakfast, the scrambled eggs were uneatable, huge sausages with little taste. No possibility to eat a fried or boiled egg.

The position, the room, the cleanliness they were great.

We had issues with the room, and it wasn't available on our arrival. They sent us in a partner hotel.for one night and the room was awful. The next day we had to wait a very very long time before they gave us our room and it was unclear to have to move twice. But the hotel itself was beautiful and the room comfortable.

That there was no fridge in the room had to ask for milk, unable to make a cup of tea the next morning, due to early departure and breakfast had not started at time of leaving

The location of the hotel is in a rough area. We didn't have any trouble but it didn't feel overly safe. There is a large market opposite and it was there Sat, Sun & Mon when we were there. All rubbish is cleared afterward but there were dozens of rats about.

It was conveniently located, but Paris is structured so you don't travel from A to B in a linear way. You travel more like in a triangle unfortunately. But the actual hotel was good.

There were no cups and saucers for tea, only paper cups. I think there should have been some cutlery also provided.

I'd like that the rooms on the bed sheets was clean on the towels👍👍

I like that there was a micro oven in the room and the role was good 👍👍

Amazing staff with thoughtful touches like complimentary drinks in the room and self-serve cold water in the lobby. There’s a nice outdoor area to relax. We had a minor issue with the room temperature, but it was quickly resolved. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay

Since day 1 i reported that the a/c was not working and they never did anything to fix it. I spoke to front desk and even did a live chat through novotels portal and they said they would solve the issue but they never even sent someone to check. I also put a sign for them not to come in and still they came into my room and left me a fan, which was wild because they are not allowed to enter without your consent. Would never come back!

The location vs price is good, it is Novotel where you now what to expect as the standard are the same everywhere. Clean and nice facility. We had all we need.

The only thing was shower where water goes everywhere but not critical.

Horrible location and surrounding! Accessing through walk from Metro is a horrible passthrough due to some local people selling some unwanted toxic items who keep shadowing the Metro exit area throughout the day and night

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, it included a fridge and a microwave and a coffee machine. There is a metro station 10 mins walk from the hotel.

The location is the main downfall. It is a far commute to the city centre/ where the most popular tourist attractions are such as the Eiffel tour/popular streets etc. It is roughly an hour away by metro or taxi to the city centre (eiffel tower area/Champs-Élysées/ Louvre museum). The neighborhood it is located in was subpar. If you are looking for a cute Parisian neighborhood then look elsewhere. However if you just want somewhere functional and don’t care about aesthetics then this hotel could suffice.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at Novotel Suites booked through Booking.com. Unfortunately, what was meant to be the start of a memorable European trip turned into a frustrating experience due to the hotel’s mismanagement and the reception staff’s unprofessional behavior. We were a family with two young kids. **Key Issues:** 1. **Failure to Honor Pre-Booked Reservation:** - I booked my stay **two months in advance** for two nights and completed the **online check-in two days prior** to arrival. - I explicitly noted in the booking remarks that I would arrive early (7:30 AM) on **Day 2** due to a long 36-hour journey from Sydney. Despite this, the room was **wrongly allocated to another guest**, and the receptionist insisted it was *our* mistake for not checking in on "Day 1"—a claim that contradicts the terms of my reservation. 2. **Lack of Communication & Disrespectful Conduct:** - The receptionist claimed she **never received** my note about the late arrival, shifting blame instead of resolving the issue. - She was **rude and dismissive**, turning away while I was speaking to her and engaging in unrelated conversations, making us feel unwelcome after an exhausting trip. 3. **Delayed Access & False Promises:** - She initially said the room would be ready by 9:30 AM, then 10:00 AM, but we **waited until 10:30 AM**—only receiving keys after I stood persistently at the desk. - This delay caused us to **miss pre-booked mid-day attractions in Paris**, ruining our itinerary. **Impact:** This experience tarnished the beginning of our European vacation and reflects poorly on Novotel’s standards of hospitality. As a loyal customer of Booking.com and Accor properties, I expected better handling of confirmed reservations and professional courtesy. **Request for Resolution:** I urge both Novotel Suites and Booking.

Room was clean and comfortable bed with good space cleaning maintenance every day. 3 Stars ⭐️ I could give it 4 , but there is a some kind of coffee machine there which not working or I don’t know if it works. There is no milk!!

This visit was our First time in France and it was a nightmare the experience staying in this hotel!!! the local marketing place very dirty and smell awful horrible oh my goodness I was scared to come out of the hotel room. location was terrifying, we get there on Monday afternoon - from Germany by train and we take M9 To the hotel as soon as we come out of the train station we are going straight to the third world country 🥺😳😳I remember this kind of scenario in Johannesburg marketplace in South Africa and Addis Ababa in Ethiopia!!! that’s how I compare this place!!! I was shocked. I find it hard to believe this is France I left so unsafe. Plus the Indian man at the reception. He was rude not apologetic for deceiving advertisement on Booking.com they charging us tourist, tax, €48 which is surprising. I was very upset about that because I paid tax on booking and you need to pay for a coffee downstairs. staffs are not really friendly downstairs … I wish I stayed longer in Stuttgart and go home straight from Germany. My son he was disappointed in Paris

Quite room with a comfortable bed.

Kitchenette was so small, no usable space to make coffee. Not a nice area of Paris to be staying in. There is an open carpark directly opposite the accommodation, which is currently being used by many homeless people living in cars and vans. We witnessed drug deals taking place on every corner close to the Suites every time we left the accommodation. Even my husband who has travelled extensively around the world was on edge every time we left the building.

It was very dirty. The photos of this hotel does not match the actual place. The lift looked like it had been vandalised. The hotel had a horrible smell. The room was dirty. The beds for the kids looked like they had found them In the loft from the 80s. We didn’t stay we left and are wanting a full refund. They have not advertised this hotel correctly. The value for money is terrible. It should be a 1 star hotel. an awful area for a hotel. The outside area looks so rundown and dirty.
